Jared has been out to the house before--he's consistently on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He verified my AC unit's power draw, replaced the breaker in question and checked the entire power panel to the house. After that work was completed, he tightened the connections to a GFCI outlet feeding power to an ejector pump in my basement that was acting up, fixing the problem.

The Wirenut has been servicing my Furnace and AC and for 3 years and just installed a brand new system. From the office staff to the crew to the Management, professionalism and customer satisfaction is at the heart of what they do. They don't try to up sell, they just want you to get what you need. I have reputable equipment (Lennox) that came at a fair price. We had a little glitch during installation (things happen) and Management stepped in to correct it and make it right. It was done with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. How you handle and correct mishaps is more telling than anything else. I highly recommend this company.

Billy and Korey came to get out my a/c quit working and they were very professional and checked multiple items on my furance to determine what the cause was. They determined what they believe the cause to be as everything was working correctly. They told me to call back today if I see an issue and they will come back out to check it without charging me and he said he would contact me tomorrow to make sure I have no issues again. Very pleased and will call again soon f I have an issues.

We were very pleased with the work Brian, Dean and Teon performed at our house in April and May. They successfully installed a new meter box and breaker box in our older home. Each of them were efficient and friendly. Working in an older home can be a challenge and they did a beautiful job.
