Freedom Mobility has been prompt in responding when there has been any issues with my Quantum I level power chair. Below is A technician repairing my chair in my living room. These chairs double as my legs and offer me Freedom and independence I otherwise would not be afforded. I worked with a different company prior to going through Freedom Mobility as a referral from a store clerk who worked as an IHSS employee eighteen years. Everything he bragged about with this company is Spot On. I forfeited my Park Avenue for this essential Clean Energy Chair. It is wonderful but has needed a new battery and now a long leg lift to enable my ageing body to get from point to point B. When a repair order is written up; it not only requires coordination by the Office Staff but highly trained technicians to isolate,and analyze problems and then repair. This is what Zack is doing for me today. I had a bent leg lift so I literally zip tied the part together. Luckily Freedom was as quick as possible to dispatch Zack, once the part came in. His work was so involved and intentional that I called him Jack vs. Zack the entire time he was doing my repair and he didn't even notice. This young man is certainly upholding the integrity of your company and I put this review here for others to know just that. If you continue to exercise good judgement in employing the dedicated group from the office to the field. your company can only thrive. Zack came and replaced my batteries and did a wonderful job. My batteries were dying fast but now I don't have to worry. Zack is always fast, professional and caring. Sometimes it's wait but I'm thankful for freedom mobility, especially Zack, for always taking care of me. Thank you

Zack just left to head back to the bay area. I was afraid that he wouldn't be able to fix my wheelchair because it was making a funny noise when I drove it at high speed. Of course, he knew what to do right away! He's also an extremely nice guy and Freedom Mobility is lucky to have him! I will never hesitate to call for anything - even a funny noise.

He did a great job he took his time, trying to help me But other than that, I like him because he always has a good attitude and I love his personality

Zack once again did a great job. My chair was shutting off with the charging indicator showing without any thing plugged in. He had found the problem and fixed it pretty quick. It made me happy to be able to get around again!The office personnel were also fantastic! I would recommend him any time!

The technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dennis was very patient with me. I'd never used a power chair before and he very patently walked outside with me, showing me what to do, how to add speed, get up and down my ramp, etc. Thank you for sending him to me. If just for meeting the technicians alone, it would be worth it to call on Freedom Mobility.
