Terese went above and beyond to help me..I am eternally grateful for her assistance.. The young man that came to do an assessment on Ms.Molly (my chairs name).. He came, rode around and told me all that he found right and wrong.. I am waiting for Dynamic to get back in touch when they will do the repairs.. Giselle gave me all of the information that I need to get a new power chair.. My old one is not responding to left turns (it comes up on two wheels)..

Zack came and replaced my batteries and did a wonderful job. My batteries were dying fast but now I don't have to worry. Zack is always fast, professional and caring. Sometimes it's wait but I'm thankful for freedom mobility, especially Zack, for always taking care of me. Thank you Zack now came and installed my lights and I'm the happiest
Rick was a great help. He set up the chair and explained how to make it work. The chair is very comfortable and easy to use. Even my back feels better! Zack came out to replace a motor. He was extremely kind and friendly. He understood and assisted my needs with the chair. Thank you Zach! I broke a bolt on my chair. Dennis stopped by today for the repair. It's fixed and he saw a couple of things I missed and wrote a work order for them. Great job Dennis! Thanks Update I spoke to Cinderella today about an upgrade for my chair. (8/20/25). She gathered the necessary information and made a referral to the doctor and the insurance company. - As always, they are on top of their game. Update 2 Dennis came by and filled out the request for a new chair. Working with Rick back at the office, he filled out the request paperwork and took pictures for the process. I'm looking for a new chair soon. I wish my doctor's office was this fast! 11/11/2025 My new chair is on the way! Mark coordinated everything, and the new chair has the upgrades that I need. 11/18/2025 Zack brought the new chair today! It has the New features I need. Thanks Zack, great job
