I was really happy that my kitchen sink sprayer was "fixable" and did not need replacement (yet), and that the replacement sprayer I purchased did NOT need to be used. It would have meant pulling out the sink faucet and creating a much bigger job! I appreciate so much the professionalism and certainly the outcome of the service!

Great young man who serviced our water heater today. I talked with him over the phone and he explained all the options to me so I could make the most cost-effective decision now and in the future. Have already set up another plumbing upgrade with him and the company. Everything I have heard on the radio is factual regarding Benjamin Franklin plumbing and their work and most importantly their employees. The timeline from calling in the morning to the final work being done was a very good experience.

Klee got here late, but we were really impressed that he came when he could have rescheduled for another day. He worked for us until 8:00pm. We had 5 plumbing issues and he took care of them all. Klee did an outstanding job for us. We highly recommend Klee.

If you have questions or become worried about the quoted repair and expense, they were able to send out the field manager to reassess the situation. I received an honest explanation of what needed to be done with the repair completed and a fair price. This company will also help the customer submit information to the insurance adjuster. K. Had an emergency hot water heater leak on Sat. afternoon and knew it was time to buy a new water heater. Emergencies seem to happen on the weekends for me, so I was panicked. However, Benjamin Franklin came to the rescue in record time. I was so relieved to see a pro show up in the evening and started on the job. He will finish installing the new water hearter first thing in the morning. They even sent the restoration company to take care of the situation too. What service when I truly thought I wouldn't see anyone show up until Monday! Barbara B.
