Thomas D. came out for emergency plumbing work! Excellent service and turn around was super fast! Got same day- arrived within the hour as promised- came back to do bigger job. Extremely professional and was able to explain things as the work continued. Was able to show clogged masses that was retrieved from shower and toilet pipes. Pat our technician came out to look over our A/C and heating system since we are new homeowners here in Vero. He looked over the equipment and explained what he saw that was working correctly and gave me some suggestions to help keep it running healthier. From what I saw his equipment is high tech and is able to show how things are operating and how adjusting some aspects helped it run at its max capability. One of the component's a UV bulb wasn’t working which kills mold was blown out so I had him replace it. I had been told by the home inspection co that I had hired to look over the house that some PVC plumbing wasn’t ideal and Pat agreed so I had him fix it. There were some things I chose not to change this time but in the future I will. There was no pressure to do any extra work other than the inspection but since I’m going to be snowbird I wanted peace of mind. Pat was great at taking pictures of everything and explaining what we were looking at. Felt very comfortable w his suggestions and his overall knowledge of how the entire system work's. Would highly recommend Freedom and especially Pat !
