Great service

Brad was very helpful & professional. I was initially having service for a toilet running slow and I mentioned my shower head and he was able to include that as well as replacing the turn off valve. And my puppy kept bugging him while he was working and he was a really good sport about everything. I have not had this good of service in years. You've got a good one with him. Take care of him!

We had a bad water leak and placed a service call this morning. Roger Armstrong from Ben Franklin Plumbing responded and he was terrific! He helped with a number of issues, some of which were challenging because our home is almost 40 years old. He worked hard all day addressing our plumbing issues and did an excellent job! Most importantly, hes a great guy who truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Roger and Ben Franklin For any of your plumbing needs.

We had a good experience with Nicholas. He delivered on his promises and offered us great knowledge on our water heater. He offered us options and we were able to make the best decision for our family. He was on time, very polite, made us feel comfortable, and also very patient since the labor was 6 hours.

Benjamin Franklin H&C scheduled their tech to come to our home as one of his first runs the following morning. Nicholas arrived even quicker than we expected. Surveyed the situation with our dying Water Heater and appraised us of the various scenarios. We choose to replace with the 12 year service plan included on a new one.
