Was a quick job the septic grinder system still needs pumping down to work on the problem but so far he's very friendly and professional told us his experience and what to expect moving forward.
He explained things in a way I could understand and worked very hard to figure out a confusing situation
I was quoted one price over the phone of $192 on One day and then quote another 8/9/25. The Tech billed me and I called your office the next day. I was not satisfied with answer the lady gave me over the phone. . The tech stay in his car for 15min and would not let me watch what he was doing. Then stay in his car another 15min. I was not happy with this person over the phone who more or less told me in a not so nice voice their price the day after the service. In the last couple weeks have done a lot of business with FloHawks and have been happy with the service, but on Aug 8, 2025 I was disappointed. I am not sure if I will do business with Flohawks again.
This is my go to team for all things plumbing and septic. Long time customer and rank FloHawks one of the best service based companies I have ever encountered. Used them again this year 2025. Awesome service as always. Highly recommend.
I needed immediate help with my sceptic today, I looked at options in my area and FloHawks seemed to be the most professional, and that they were. Stellar customer service, openly up front about pricing expectations and procedure, and within a couple hours I had my problem solved and all my questions answered (Thanks Jimmy!).
Great work, knocked it out faster than any other pump service I’ve had at this location. Cared enough to offer free advice and help me to reduce the time between pumps. I’ll be coming back to FloHawks from now on.

TRACEY The overall experience was fine. I realize things happen to make the guy show up late. Maybe call with an ETA since it was after the 5 hour window.
Only issue was scheduling. I scheduled for 12-4pm and they hadn’t arrived by 6 so i had to cancel. Rescheduled for another day 8am-12 and they arrived around 3:30. A 4 hour window is already a big time frame to wait around. People have other plans for their day and no communication unless I called was really not a good experience.

Reached out to Flohawks to repair a leak in my old copper plumbing. Due to tight quarters inside a wall the fix was beyond my skill set as it involved replacing about 6’ section with a number of soldered fixtures. Not a strait forward repair. Kenneth from Flo hawks came out and gave me an estimate. Kenneth completed the work on time, in budget and was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Just a nice guy.
We had an emergency with a broken tap outside the house spewing out gallons of water. Kenneth came right out, explained the fix and was very transparent about their fees. All fixed in less than an hour. Would use and recommend again.
Bryce is very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and septic system!! he came to the house spent about 2 minutes to see what the problem and automatic know whats the issue in my house. Really honest, straight to the point and get the job done..il definitely recommend flohawks Plumbing to everyone i know.
Terry Chase came out and saved the day! After my father had a different company come out three weeks ago & not fix the issue, I called Flohawks and they got him inspected same day and had someone come empty his septic asap. Terry was super nice and did an incredible job. highly recommend this company if you are running on septic.
