Service was professional and efficient. There was however a serious delay; i.e. service was scheduled for between 8 & 12 AM - did not arrive until after 5:15 PM! It appears scheduling proceedures need to be reviewed. george n
Service wise I think the company did a great job. I have a question regarding their billing. On an invoice I paid with credit card and was not charged extra but in person when they wanted to do additional work, they said there was gonna be an additional 3% charge attached to a credit card. I feel that is very inconsistent with that billing service. They should straighten that out. Frankly, that additional 3% charge is bogus. In my opinion
My septic started backing up on a Saturday. Frank from FloHawks arrived within a few hours. Frank was friendly, he showed me the issue and how to fix it, and he had us back up and running in no time. Great service!
Russ did an excellent job, was thorough answered any questions I had, he even explained what happened with my aerator and made some helpful suggestions, overall very satisfied and recommend Russ and Flohawks for your Plumbing/Septic needs. Jimmy Pumped out my tanks as part of an on going service issue figuring out what was going on with my Aerator found a pipe that hadn't been properly sealed that was for blowing air into the liquid in the tank probably from the original fix of the Aerator so it had come undone and that was the issue happy to find out it wasn't anything major Todd was able to take care of it really fast applying primer and glue and getting it stuck back into its position they both did a great job and were professional and knowledgeable.
