These guys are life savers! We awoke to our toilet overflowing and not being able to flush any toilet in house, turn any sink or shower, essentially could not use any faucet. Sean came for an afternoon job in the blaring heat and him and tyler are the best! We couldnt find the septic at first but they said they wouldnt leave until they helped get us running again. Not only did they find the 2 lids, one which was 2 ft deeper than the other and under our deck for some reason, and not only did they unclog and drain our septic but even climbed down into it and used a lond pole to unclog, knee deep in filth. Needless to say they showed a tru professionalism and we are extremely appreciative! We will only be using flowhawk from now on! Oh also sean gave a discount because i wanted to help dig! These guys deserve your business! Truly truly appreciate yall!
All the techs at FloHawks are so well trained. Chris has come a couple of times and he is a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.
Flohawk’s has been our septic system inspection provider for several years. They are always responsive. I called their emergency number on Sunday after discovering a a break in a buried septic line where a tree had fallen. Early Monday Carl called me to arrange for repair. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and asked enough questions to ensure that his septic technician would arrive with the parts needed to fix the line. The technician arrived midday, and had the line back in service in about two hours.
Jp took great care of us today. He really knew his stuff and was very professional! We requested him again!! Thanks for everything! We rate him an 11!!
Todd was very informative, descriptive in what he was doing and what he did. Todd was more than helpful in answering our questions during the process as well as answering other question we had not related to the issue he responded to. We are new homeowners and Todd was very helpful in educating us so we weren’t calling for simple fixes that we could do ourselves. Cleaning filters, how to check our septic filters, questions about our well, very thorough, patient, and helpful. 10/10 we’d request Todd for future calls.

Reached out to Flohawks to repair a leak in my old copper plumbing. Due to tight quarters inside a wall the fix was beyond my skill set as it involved replacing about 6’ section with a number of soldered fixtures. Not a strait forward repair. Kenneth from Flo hawks came out and gave me an estimate. Kenneth completed the work on time, in budget and was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Just a nice guy.
We had an emergency with a broken tap outside the house spewing out gallons of water. Kenneth came right out, explained the fix and was very transparent about their fees. All fixed in less than an hour. Would use and recommend again.
Bryce is very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and septic system!! he came to the house spent about 2 minutes to see what the problem and automatic know whats the issue in my house. Terry Chase came out and saved the day! After my father had a different company come out three weeks ago & not fix the issue, I called Flohawks and they got him inspected same day and had someone come empty his septic asap. Terry was super nice and did an incredible job. highly recommend this company if you are running on septic.
