Charles was awesome. He took the time to listen to the troubleshooting I had already done on the system and then took the time to explain to me the changes he had to make and issues he found. Mercurio's was very response and pleasant to work with.

My AC stopped working (over the hotest weekend of the year) and I called Mercurio's Customer Service line. They were very quick to schedule and provide estimated initial costs. I love that they told me an estimate of cost (per hour) before scheduling. Joshua, our technician was on time, friendly, and efficient! He introduced himself and asked questions to assess the situation and was super speedy to resolution. Overall it was a great experience.

I have done business with Mercurio's for several years now. Saturday, my furnace was not working. After troubleshooting, I called them. They promptly connected me to technician, Charles. He came within a few hours & solved the problem. He was professional & personable. They also used text messages to confirm time frame & notify being in the way. You can't beat their outstanding service.

Mercurios installed my furnace, A/C unit and gas fireplace back in 2009. They did an excellent job and continue to do superb service throughout the years. I am going request their technician Thom come back out after todays great service call to replace my hot water heater.
