Mitchell was very polite and courteous. He explained the rates and the work involved before he started working. He informed us if there were changes that needed to be done during the installation. He did a thorough inspection of all the lights and adjusted what needed to be adjusted before leaving the house. Him and his colleague Merrick, were very tidy and cleaned up before they left.

I would like to thank your company for trying to help me with my problem --no electricity to half my house--this was beyond your problem-- due I am in New York USA. The info given to me from Brian was VERY HELPFUL-- and i was able to tell NYSEG I believe the problem was their problem -- when they installed a new pole they damage my under ground electrical line - a crew was sent out -- they checked it out and found when the pole was installed they hit one of the leg connectors and damage it -- they made a new connection and I am back with full power. 200 Amp Service & Misc Wiring - Was able to get them out for a quote in under 48 hours. They stuck to that quote on the install day and arranged everything. Their team was very professional and were never slacking off or padding the bill. 3 crews arrived initially and they walked me through all of the work that they did when they left. Highly recommended. You may get cheaper elsewhere, but with electrical, you really do get what you pay for!

Electrical Rejuvenation in Markham - I contacted captain electric initially to conduct a general assessment of my house's electrical systems.
