Mitchell We had Mitchell and Terayus take care of a number of electrical jobs in our home. Move some lights, install a room heater, trouble shoot some wonky kitchen lighting. They were both excellent. Polite and very efficient. Left their job site very clean. Many thanks and happy to recommend.

I started with Captain Electric a couple of years ago when I needed help with my dads home and outdated electrical. I was so impressed that I cancelled my coverage with Enercare and call them for all my electrical needs. Tim is amazing. The office provides excellent service as well. Rasonable rates, very knowledgeable and no issues with there availabilty.
Very polite staff. I had to have a garage sensor rewired to hid it. Service call fee and work was over $600. They told me after the install that they dont have white wire. I mistakenly assumed it would be the same colour of the wire they were replacing to remain hidden.
Another solid visit from Captain Electric. Solved our outlet issues and hung some lights for us. Class act and very professional.
Jonah Did a great job installing exterior motion sensing light, doorbell cam, and fixing various outlets in older 1940s house. Jobs never felt rushed and Tim was professional the entire time. Will use again.

Jonah I would like to thank your company for trying to help me with my problem --no electricity to half my house--this was beyond your problem-- due I am in New York USA. The info given to me from Brian was VERY HELPFUL-- and i was able to tell NYSEG I believe the problem was their problem -- when they installed a new pole they damage my under ground electrical line - a crew was sent out -- they checked it out and found when the pole was installed they hit one of the leg connectors and damage it -- they made a new connection and I am back with full power. 200 Amp Service & Misc Wiring - Was able to get them out for a quote in under 48 hours. They stuck to that quote on the install day and arranged everything. Their team was very professional and were never slacking off or padding the bill. 3 crews arrived initially and they walked me through all of the work that they did when they left. Highly recommended. You may get cheaper elsewhere, but with electrical, you really do get what you pay for!
Electrical Rejuvenation in Markham - I contacted captain electric initially to conduct a general assessment of my house's electrical systems. After the assessment, they recommended a number of renovations to the electrical system. Even though it was a major effort, captain electric technicians were extremely efficient in their work and was able to complete everything within a day's time. Level 2 EVSE Charger in Ajax - We had a level 2 charger installed in our garage. We are very pleased with the estimation and installation process. Our phone calls to head office were usually answered by the same person and was handled in a polite and professional manner. The pros did an awesome job wiring and installing the charger. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. They were also courteous and cleaned up after themselves really well. The charger has been charging our EV as expected ever since. We highly recommend Captain Electric.
