Denis was super knowledge and professional. Did an excellent job explaining everything and checking to make sure water and gas worked once he finished installing the waterless system. Great service!
Austin was absolutely fantastic! He did a great job of explaining the issues, showing me the video and pictures, and answering all of my questions. He was extremely personable and patient as I communicated everything with my wife who was stuck in a meeting at work. Highly recommended him and the EcoPlumber team!
MY SISTER NEEDED A PLUMBER TO STOP HER HOT WATER FROM RUNNING IN THE TUB, SHE COULDN'T TURN IT OFF BY THE HANDLE. WE CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. SO I CALLED ECO PLUMBERS, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THAT DAY. THEY CALLED ME WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY. IT WAS THE SAME PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE. I KNEW SHE WAS IN GOOD HANDS. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE, AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO SAID IF SHE HAS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE HOT WATER NOT SHUTTING OFF, JUST GIVE HIM A CALL, AND HE WILL COME BACK OUT. AWESOME SERVICE. THANK YOU BRANDYN AND ECO PLUMBING ONCE AGAIN.
Dennis was terrific! He came on time, explained everything he was going to do and who else would be coming, to complete the process as well and what we could expect throughout the day. We had an 'on demand' hot water system installed and everything went smoothly. Dennis was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier with his service. Thanks Dennis!
Very helpful and worked diligently to try to find the root of our water issue. When he couldn’t he suggested and scheduled additional staff to come out and take a look.
