Austin came out and was very knowledgeable and respectful. Got a quote for repairs within 10 minutes and went through all of the options as well as how to save some money through their annual membership. I will be contracting them to do the work as well as signing up for the membership.
Today I got a new tankless water heater installed by Dennis and he was amazing, very professional, courteous and attentive to details. He took his time to do it right and left the working area spotless. He explained what needed to be done like no water for a couple of hours and then no gaz (then no heating) since we had our granddaughter at home. I definitely recommend him for this type of installation.
Skyler was able to snake our kitchen drain to remove a very deep clog! He was very nice and not pushy at all. Will definitely continue to use Eco plumbers in the future.
Denis came to replace my hot water heater in a too-small utility closet. He explained what he would do, why, and then did it. He worked quickly, confidently, and then explained what he had done clearly and completely. He was charming, polite, and very helpful!
