I have been very pleased with Austin! He has been extremely helpful from financing to explaining all the work that will be completed to replace our sump pump pit, sump pump, drains out to the street and a hose bib.

Austin from ECO came out and answered all the questions I had about where my downspout drains were draining and showed me camera footage. I gained a wealth of knowledge regarding some concerns I had. I will definitely use Eco for any future repair needs. Reasonable cost as well.

Denis is absolutely AMAZING!! He and Marc did a great job removing my leaking water heater (from 2009) with a completely new 50 gallon tank. The installation was done with professionalism and care. Denis communicated with me before and after the process. He showed me the end result and confirmed what they did and what they changed to ensure the best results from the new water heater. He also explained the parts that were updated/new and how to use them. He showed me how to drain it once a year, as well. Also, Denis is a genuinely kind and wonderful human being. We shared good conversation, and I'm grateful to have met both Denis and Marc. I highly recommend, and respect, Denis and Marc (and EcoPlumbers). If possible, request Denis! He's an absolute pro and will do the job perfectly with no mess.
