Derek and Cayden installed a new split unit air conditioner when my old one stopped working. They always take the time to explain everything they are doing, they are professional and friendly, and I will always call them for my AC needs.

Well the hits just keep on coming with the 1987 plumbing in our house! I’m so thankful we stumbled upon My Professional Plumber and their amazing owner and staff. 3 nights ago after completion of a total re-pipe a week ago, I heard a spraying sound. I called and got the same stellar customer service from Shannon after hours as mentioned in my original review. First thing the next morning I got a call from Jacob that he was on the way. In keeping with their customer first philosophy, he got right to work and saved the day! Our crawlspace was full of water due to a break in the line bringing the water into the house (our side not the city’s naturally). Jacob was able to repair it quickly and after speaking with Jamie Foster (owner), he scheduled a restoration company to come out and take care of removing the water that had accumulated in our crawlspace. Today, Jesse came back to finish up some additional work and checked out the work that had to be done over the weekend. He confirmed what Jacob had found and waited for the restoration company to come and inspect for damage. Turns out a good bit of duct work got soaked and the company will be taking care of that repair as well as the drying out of the crawl space. While it sounds like constant problems and twists and turns, we could not be happier with the level of service we have received and the positive interactions with every employee we have come in contact with. Most of the plumbing was original low grade copper from 1987 and the stuff that had been replaced was piece-milled with fittings not exactly meant for the job. The company has truly exceeded expectations by standing behind their work and taking care of things they didn’t have to. Perfect scores across the board!

He was professional and friendly, and he completed the tasks we needed. Based on my repeated history with this company, I would definitely recommend them.

Derek Gibson has always done a fabulous job!!! Both him and Mark worked on the HVAC system, checked the drains, and hot water heater. They are alwsys on time, friendly, helpful, very detailed and professional. Derek and the rest of the team and staff are great! I highly recommend them!!

Dereck was very informative he explained in detail whatever he found and explained pros and cons on what we needed to do or not do.

Derek and Mark came out to assess a couple of repair needs. While on site, they completed my home assessment and offered recommendations for the repairs. They arrived on time, and both gentlemen were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

My Professional Plumber is absolutely the best!! I can always rely on them and I know that the job is always going to be handled quickly and with the utmost care! Derek in particular is awesome! He makes sure that our plumbing is running well and now that they also handle HVAC they're helping us with that as well!!

Jimmy did a great job. He even fixed the leak under the sink. I called you guys again because you fixed an issue with my septic tank pump years ago that three other plumbing companies couldn’t fix.

My water heater was spraying water. I reached out to the company and they were able to come and fix the issue, Bill was very friendly and helpful during this process. We were able to get to the bottom of a water pressure issue i had been dealing with for over a year and get it fixed. He helped me stay within my budget and even brought some treats for my dog. Highly recommend!

Anthony came out after our pipes froze and busted. He helped us out and replaced all of our old pipes. He also did replaced our old water heater with a tankless heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and took care of us very well. Definitely recommend!

Anthony, Jimmy, and Rance took great care of us. Pipes froze and burst but our plumbing was in need of an update. They made sure we understood what was involved, were upfront about the pricing, and worked the entire week to make sure we were back up and running. Thanks guys! Jesse came after 8pm due to a problem we had with water leaking in our basement bathroom, bedroom and playroom. He figured out it was a Water Utility pump issue and also fixed a leaky toilet !
