Another fantastic job by Jamie! Got an email from Fudknox advising I had a leak and had water running continuously for over 24 hours. Called My Professional Plumber and was fortunate to have Jamie service my call. He found the source of the leak and was able to isolate the problem to the sprinkler system and he shut it off until a full repair can be made. All done in under an hour, and saved me a huge water bill. Thank you Jamie!

My Professional Plumber has been helping us with our plumbing issues for many years. Bill is familiar with our home's needs and always does an excellent job. He goes the extra mile to be helpful and to make sure everything is done properly. Today his colleague Mark helped also.

Nowadays, it’s hard to find someone who does what they say they’re going to and does a good job at it. This company definitely had that going for him. My water heater was spraying water. I reached out to the company and they were able to come and fix the issue, Bill was very friendly and helpful during this process. We were able to get to the bottom of a water pressure issue i had been dealing with for over a year and get it fixed. He helped me stay within my budget and even brought some treats for my dog. Highly recommend!

Anthony came out after our pipes froze and busted. He helped us out and replaced all of our old pipes. He also did replaced our old water heater with a tankless heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and took care of us very well. Definitely recommend!

Jesse came after 8pm due to a problem we had with water leaking in our basement bathroom, bedroom and playroom. He figured out it was a Water Utility pump issue and also fixed a leaky toilet !
