Some confusion/miscommunicatiom with the scheduling of the appointment to fix broken a/c, but the next morning, first thing, guy came in, identified the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. Great job!

Nicholas was right on time as promised and had reviewed the history of my system and the problem. He approached the problem by talking with me about what was happening and the effects. He explained what his thoughts were and then took a look at the system. He explained later that he was checking the zoning motors because it sounded like one of the zones was not functioning. After 5 min. he came back and checked the air flow of bit zones. The air was flowing properly and he told Me my problem was a loose connnection on one of the zoning motors and it was now working properly. He was correct. The AC is holding to the set degrees and the unit only runs when it needs cool air. Perfect job of using knowledge and experience.

Jadin did a great job. He did not have the right size air filter so he went to a retail store and bought what was needed to complete the work. He did a thorough job of inspecting the unit and possible problem areas in the house. He is a courteous professional who I would highly recommend!

Damien did a great job! Showed up right on time and was efficient in checking out the entire system. Repaired the HVAC and even located the pipe the squirrels were entering through.
