Pablo did a great job servicing my water heater and water filter. He answered all my questions. He inspected all the systems in the crawl space. He was efficient and thorough.

I was expecting to get very bad news because I I I I expected Pablo to find a sewerage leak under my house due to a foul odor under one of my bathrooms. Pablo came to the house right on time and inspected under my crawl space. He could find no leak. Pablo did a great job.

Our old water heater was leaking quite badly. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing and they were able to come out quickly with a replacement water heater. They were able to replace a substantial amount of the convoluted existing pipes which seemingly were assembled with whatever parts the previous homeowner had on hand. Now the pipes take a straightforward path and are clamped to the wall so they won’t rattle. The new water heater works really well, and I won’t hesitate to call Mike Counsil Plumbing in the future.

Gil listened to what I had to say about situation with 97 year old & nightshift worker in home. Showed me pictures of damaged piping under house, explained what damage was.

Everything about the organization is first class. The speed of service, the courtesy of the staff, and their work. On this visit they saved me money by telling me that I did not need another toilet. They found a way to use a 1963 style toilet which could have cost me a lot more and the serviceman could have made mor money. Overall I am very impressed.

This is my first time engaging w/Home Advisor - saw advertisement on television. I called later that day and representative called me within 30 minutes and had someone scheduled out to my home less than 24 hrs. Very impressive and they guarantee their work for a year. Our laundry drain line in our house was completely plugged. Yobani came over to our home within 1 1/2 hours of our call and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we agreed on the repairs, Yobani and Christopher resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I would recommend them for any plumbing work.
