Outstanding Service by William from Mike Counsil Plumbing! We recently faced an urgent plumbing issue with a pipe near our water pressure regulator outside our home. Patrick was courteous and informative with the quote, Richard came to do the job and was professional, tidy, and thorough with the job. There was a delicate job on replacing the kitchen trap, due to a chip in the existing tailpiece, so not simple. He managed to get it together without leaksz avoiding for now a bigger repair that would have to cut into the wall.

This morning I was concerned at first, when your clerk could not find our account, or that you may have installed a water heater with our major renovation of $92,000 in 2021. But.....after a few minutes, our service call for a quote was changed to a free service to relight our pilot light was handled in a matter of a couple hours. Bobby Was very thorough, professional, great understanding of our needs, answered all of our questions, very confident with him, and he followed through. He made every opportunity to give us the lowest price based on the companies requirements. However and here it comes ,,,,no fault of Bobby but the price was just a little too high for us because I'm on a fixed income and I'm retired but if the price was lower I would definitely went with Counsil I did use Counsil in the past and was very happy, note that we did have some of the plumbing done, (so far no issues) thank you very much Dennis

Great service. An actual person answers the phone. It was easy to schedule. The tech was on-time and fixed our issue quickly.

I have been working with Mike Counsil a few times now’s. Recently I needed to get all new pipes and sewage drains replaced for my whole house because they were extremely old and deteriorated. I had worked with Geo before and so of course requested for him again. He came out right away and inspected my home. Gave my sisters and I the estimate and they began work the very next day. Never once did they have to shut down the water on us. They wore shoe covers in the home and every time I came home from work the house was so clean. As if no one was doing any work in the home. I am forever grateful to Geo, Joseph, Angel, Pablo, Ramon for their hard work, their quickness in getting things done and done well. I would highly recommend giving them a call for whatever your home needs. You will not be disappointed. Forever grateful.
