The technician that came out was great. the first time he came out I fell and he was very concerned. He first asked if he should call an ambulance and since I did not hurt myself i told him that was not necessary and he immediately helped me to my feet. The second time he came out after he was through with the original repair he looked all through my attic for any signs of additional leaks which is no easy task. In some locations in the attic he had to crawl. He was also very polite.

Very pleased with everyone from start to finish. The guys putting on the roof worked hard staying late to get the job done in 2 days. Took extra time to clean up the yard and around the pool.

He was friendly and courteous. He carefully explained what he was going to do, did an excellent professional job and cleaned up the area before leaving. Before leaving he demonstrated the work he had done and informed me that another person would complete the shingle work.

Brinkmann Quality Roofing Services replaced my roof and skylight in August, 2021. Every employee and technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The job was completed faster than I expected and the new roof is much better than the original builder roof. I was a little worried about the skylight replacement, but the new skylight came out perfect even though it was a little different, and the Brinkmann workers made sure that it was installed correctly. We developed a slow leak over time around a 6-inch roof vent. I contacted Brinkmann and they came out quickly and provided me with an estimate. The bid looked acceptable based on my insurance company's estimate, so I scheduled a date. Juan arrived at the appointed time and completed the repair. Just in time, because it rained again that afternoon. No leaks since then, so I'm happy to have that out of the way.
