We use Gagne for all of our heating and AC system maintenance. They are extremely professional, honest, efficient, and affordable. Gagne installed a completely new system for us last spring, but we have used them for service for several years. We know we can count on them for great service at a great price. Just had seasonal service. As usual, Gagne (specifically Gary M.) did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He found a potential issue and was able to correct it with only system adjustments, all covered in the routine maintenance service. Update: 2020-02-16 - had a minor issue with the smart thermostat. Called Gagne and was able to get on the schedule same day. Gary M returned to check it out and resolved the problem in a few minutes. The Gagne team is fantastic! They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and customer focused!

Gagne team was very much professional. Our AC unit needed replacement. Advisor JP Morgan helped to pick right option and Trey installed within few hours of turn around time. We had small leak in furnace after 2 years. Gagne inspected this which was tough to find and they did entire replacement working with Carrier warranty. I love their work and trust.
