This was my first time using Gagney to troubleshoot a problem other hvac companies couldn’t resolve. It was one of the best response from an hvac company I have seen. They emailed me early morning and called me exactly at 8am to schedule the appointment. The technician, Greg, showed up right on time, heard the issues we were having with the system. Since the system did not manifest the issues while he was there, he asked the tenants how they used the system to try to understand the problem better. He troubleshot the problem very methodically and professionally. Using process of elimination and without having to take the system apart, he discovered the problem was most likely the thermostat default settings. It was an “Aha” moment and a relief that it wasn’t a bigger, more expensive, issue. Other hvac companies came out 4 times over the last year and none of them were able to resolve the issue. Thanks to the analytical thinking skills of Greg, we think we have resolved the issue once and for all! I will only use Gagney to service rest of my properties! Update Oct 2024: We’ve been using Gagne now for all our rental and personal properties for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Excellent service and prompt. They’ve been professionals through and through.

Gagne installed a completely new system for us last spring, but we have used them for service for several years. We know we can count on them for great service at a great price.

Rick's an HVAC expert and understands completely how the various types of systems will perform in your home. He doesn't recommend more than you need but will recommend the system he thinks is best for your application and will deliver the most value. His follow-thru is amazing. He made a change (himself) in the ducting during the installation to address a problem we have had with a particular room that added no cost to the project. He's a pleasure to work with.

***** 5 stars! Our HVAC went out and we needed new systems. Their salesperson Joe came out and we explained we wanted a long lasting system that could keep our home temperature even. This isnt easy because of 2 rooms that are double height with a catwalk in between. Every system we have ever had couldnt keep up late in the afternoon when the sun comes in during the summer. Joe quoted us a system. The price seemed kind of high but it was for 3 multi-stage Carrier systems, including one system that was zoned into 3 separate areas. Joe explained these cost more than a two-stage system. We decided to put them in. Gagne worked tirelessly to get everything right putting in three systems, doing work to eliminate rattling in the registers, making sure the thermostats were programmed correctly and getting the app for the system on my phone and teaching me to use it. We elected to get dehumidifiers for summer, humidifiers for winter, upgraded filters and UV treatment for the air to eliminate mold and allergens. The multistage units are incredible. Super quiet, the air is always exactly the temperature we set it on, and I think my allergies are better already. These are worth it. I really appreciate Gagne listening to what we needed and wanted and quoted us on that instead of just trying to beat someone elses price. These were competitively priced for the features they have, but more expensive than a lessor system.
