Excellent service. I called on a Friday evening because a pipe burst. They said it would be fine to wait until Monday so as not to incur a high evening/weekend charge and advised me not to turn on the spigot. I did as they suggested and did not have any further leaks. They came out promptly the following Monday and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. I had to work so my parents came to my house to deal with it and they texted me to keep me aware of what was going on and emailed an invoice to me immediately. I would definitely use them again - fast, professional and reasonable.

I am very satisfied with my service. When I called Troy asked me if my issues needed taken care of immediately or if they could wait to be scheduled. that impressed me as I have had urgent issues before, but was told they had too many scheduled calls and I would have to wait. mine didn't need done right away so I was happy to schedule for the following week. Troy called about 15 minutes before the appointment to make sure it was still ok to come. He gave me price estimate on everything before starting work and gave very fair prices. He also worked quickly. He was also friendly and nice during his time here.

Troy was absolutely amazing! We recently moved and inherited a plumbing disaster that after months of other people trying to fix the problem we were left without heat and hot water. He came to the rescue and quickly figured out a plan and got us a quote. He made himself available to install it in a timely manner and gave us an extremely fair price. I highly recommend Trust Plumbing and Home Services. We remodeled our home and included in this was relocating the kitchen. Troy from Trust did excellent work and set us up with all new plumbing for the new kitchen. Trust was very professional and we will for sure call again for future needs!

We used Trust Plumbing for a VERY large remodel job in our basement which included rough-in plumbing for a new bathroom, replacing old water lines with PEX, rough-in for new kitchen and rearranging our current laundry room- not to mention the concrete repair work after all the plumbing was finished! Troy was quick with the estimate and started the job within the week. He was flexible with some changes and worked consistently throughout the time it took to complete the job. He was always courteous and I always felt comfortable with him in our home. He was available to answer questions and gave suggestions on other areas that needed to be brought up to code.
