A Good Plumber is a very dependable company who confirms your appointment a day in advance. If they run late, you get a call. Their plumbers are very personable, and answer all your questions.

I've been using A Good Plumber for the past 3-4 years and have found them to be very responsive and professional. They go out of their way to make sure things are done properly and they clean up when they are done. I never had any complaints about them and will gladly keep using them.

A Good Plumber was able to quickly and accurately resolve installation issues with both a washing machine and dishwasher. The plumbers were able to diagnose and correct the issues with both and get both appliances working properly

Once again Thomas and the crew from A Good Plumber arrived on time. New team members Brianna and Vladimir approached the job with no hitches at all. They worked together as if they’ve known each other for years. Upon completion I told Thomas I would refer people i know to A Good Plumber anytime .

Our boiler was out of control for many years. Several plumbers looked at it, but Thomas was the only one who was able to fix it. He is our go to plumber now. He also did a great job installing new water heater.

Just had a carbon manoxide alert, was told by the FDNY to get a plumber. Called A Good Plumber co.I had recommend them in the pass but never had to use them until now. Thank God :person_with_folded_hands: They came detected the problem .I had chimney and boiler problem .They don't do chimney but Thomas took the time to get me a good chimney co after he had my boiler all checked service and good to go.Ty Warren fo raising such wonderful young man and also having a wonderful and professional team. There are a lot of good plumbers, but you won't get GOOD Without "A GOOD PLUMBER " Thank you for a work well done.

A Good Plumber is simply the best and I can't say enough good things about them. The first person you interact with is Maryanne, the receptionist, even if you are having a bad day she answers the phone in such a way that you know you are in good hands. Next, you get to meet the plumbers, who are always polite and hard workers. I have mainly worked with Warren and Tommy who are very nice and responsible. I appreciate how responsive they are as well. I have had them do some pretty big jobs in the past and I can trust them to always get the job done. I can't recommend them enough.

I've used A Good Plumber for several years and first dealt with Warren, the father, so I made a record and have always called--and I have no problems. When they leave, everything has been fixed with no mess. The most recent service was to take care of a leakage in the back of the toilet; they changed a part inside and now, when you flush it, there's no problem. As far as making appointments for service, they are about a block away from me--so I can either call them or go to them--and they either come the same day or next day. They give me an estimate of what needs to be done and the cost, and they clean up after they are done. It's really good. Once I saw one of Warren's sons and mentioned to him the issue with the leaky garden hose, asking him to come over and see what the problem was. I checked the drawer for a little piece of rubber and he fixed the hose, no charge of course. They go above and beyond. Anytime I've called them, I've had no problems.

I had a great experience with A Good Plumber. They came out to give an estimate on a project and ended up doing some other plumbing work for me. I had no problems with the work that they did and am fully satisfied with how everything turned out. The employees were professional, informative, and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The pricing was reasonable and the same as the competition. I would recommend them and use them again if I need to.

Tommy is awesome. He is great plumber. He fixed what needs to be done but tells you what will need to be replaced. His proactive approach helps to avoid future problems. Of course I always take his suggestions. I've been doing business with Tommys father for 30+ years. Always a satisfied customer.
