Our consultant Cris McCown was prompt and courteous, performed a thorough inspection of our home and existing ductwork, and presented logical and understandable choices for system replacement. No sales pressure. Our installer Rolando Castro was on time and he and his crew were courteous and hard-working. The installation of one zone (indoor and outdoor) including a few ductwork revisions took approximately 8 hours. Rolando and his crew laid down drop cloths to protect out floors and carpets, and left their work areas clean. Very pleased.

Praimesh did fantastic. Very friendly and explained what was wrong with my air conditioning. He replaced one part and that fixed everything. He didn't try to up-sell us. That was my main concern. I will call them the next time anything goes wrong again.

The receptionists/schedulers are courteous and helpful. Dispatch was same-day on a HOT holiday Friday. Lots of follow-up texts and emails. Our technician Praimesh Ganesh was courteous and informative. Pleased overall and will use Advent again for larger jobs.

We have been loyal to Advent for 10 years. Are they the cheapest? NO, but they stand behind their work, and when there are issues they always do the right thing. Great owners.

This company is the real deal! They actually spend time totally maintaining all of our HVACs to keep them in working order so that they will last 15+years. When it is time to replace a unit, they are extremely professional.

The Air Conditioning fan failed on the first hot day of the year - it was 96 degrees in the shade. Advent came out and determined that the fan motor had failed and that the condenser might be fried without the cooling effect of the fan. They suggested it might make more sense to replace the unit than repair an old one. A comfort advisor came out and did a very thorough analysis of what replacement unit we would need. As we were in stay at home mode because of the Covid-91 problem, we were reluctant to have a sales advisor come into our home. Sara arrived with a mask and gloves on and also brought in air purifier which would knock down any virus on a surface or in the air by contact. We were relieved that she came so prepared recognizing the concern about the virus. She did a thorough evaluation of our needs and prepared four proposals to replace our failed unit. Very professional and very well done. Note: we hired Advent to replace the builder installed units in 2008 and were very impressed at that time that they were able to recommend units that were what each segment of the home required. Service since then has been excellent, so we were interested in having an Advent solution. We ended up repairing the condenser unit rather than replacing it.

Terry did a great job, and was very customer friendly. He explained everything so that it made sense, instead of technical jargon. Advent was very quick on the turn around, and had the part the next morning, and came to install the next day. My appointment was after 4 PM the day before.

Jimmy and his crew were exceptional! Answered all my questions, was patient with me, very efficient, calm, and nice. Cant beat that for a great package.

Advent did an excellent job from evaluating and sizing the perfect system for my home considering the existing ventilation and return airflow. The installation crew were well experienced and did an excellent job.

Ben arrived on time. He was polite and was wearing a clean company uniform. Ben asked me if the system appeared to be functioning properly and did I have any questions or comments. He explained the scope of his work and since he was familiar with the system, he started working immediately. After he completed the service, Ben reviewed what he had done and explained the measurements and condition of my HVAC equipment. Before he left he closed the attic stairs and put the thermostat back on its program. I have complete confidence that my investment in equipment is being maintained and will provide efficient comfort all summer long.
