He professionally assessed the space and the current air conditioning system to estimate the cost of installing a new system. I spoke at first with Marla. She was very nice and professional. It was easy to set up my appointment for a new AC unit estimate. Joe was the Tech to come over. He showed up on-time. He was also very nice and professional. Talk to me about all of my options. He gave me an estimate for Good. Better. Best. I'm very happy. Also the best part is their warranty. 10/10 parts & labor. I pulled the trigger and went with ART for the AC install. I had Cuba, Jake and, Petra here. They did a fast job. They were done by 2 pm and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with ART and my new AC. Thank you.

We had a brand new HVAC installed with Art & Plumbing last September. The system has been running smoothly overall but the last 2 days we had issue with the system shutting off. Dakota was our technician and promptly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. He cleared the plugged drain and installed a timer to the condenser and a surge protector. Dakota is really awesome, very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. I am not sure why the company didn't pitch those 2 things to be installed from the get go to be honest since FL has power outages and the drain being plugged is pretty common if you don't do maintenance twice a year... The new AI agent after hours is also a bit creepy and not actually scheduling technicians to come (we tried twice)

The service people they send are well-mannered and knowledgeable but truthfully John was amazing. Their scope is not to oversell but to educate and freely decide whether to engage the company to make the required repairs.

I had an appointment with Anthony today, and he pointed out several with my water issues that needs addressing. He seems very knowledgeable and quite helpful in other areas too.

We worked with Rick from Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric to replace our old air conditioning system. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in sorting our needs for the new system. To be honest everyone that had contacted us from Art's about our purchase and installation of the new system were helpful and very professional. The installation team were neat and professional as well, the system was worth every penny!!

Had a small electrical problem in my bathroom. The technician was very good and fixed it in a few minuets. He never tried to "sell" me on a bigger fix or anything. Found him to be very professional and pleasant. This is the second time we've used Art for plumbing and electrical and will use them again.

March 2, 2018 we had two individual representatives service tech and sales person come and evaluate our 10 year old AC they where both very helpful in discussing our choices after showing multiple photos taken of our unit I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends

Out hot water heater went out and we called Art Plumbing, AC & Electric and they came right out and installed the new hot water heater the very next day in about one hour. We received a commercial grade 'Pro Series' purchased and professionally installed for a great price, and my wife can take a warm shower again. They did very good work and even cleaned up afterwards - I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Just a note to let you know that Walter Weyman and his assistant did a fabulous job explaining your hot water heaters and completed a very professional installation in just about one hour for me earlier this week at my home.
