Hearn got us a technician quickly to repair our hot water tank. Technician was on time, courteous and took time to spell out my options. He also explained that regular maintenance and cleaning would help keep my tank from breaking. He customized the repair option to fit our budget. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up and was on his way. We have hot water again!!!!

Uli has been professional and very clear with communication both visits, very happy with the services.

Received excellent service from all personnel, including James who kept me advised of the time of service. Jack was very courteous and explained the necessary repairs needed and other concerns with the existing plumbing. I was given the opportunity of considering the repairs and cost. I highly recommend Hearn and personnel.

I was having a very strong odor that was coming from the furnace. No one could figure out what was going on. I put in a phone call to Hearn they were here within three hours. They were kind enough to make room for me since the odor was so bad. Nello arrived and was so courteous, prompt and thorough. He assessed the situation and knew exactly what it was. It was getting to be around 5:30 and he had another stop he needed to be at. He made a phone call to his boss and was told it was ok to come back. He was here until almost 10:30 PM and fixed everything. I’m so looking forward to sleeping tonight in a house that smells fresh. He was great!!! And I asked him if I could request him since we purchased the service plan. And I was happy to hear that we can request him every time. Thank you so much, Nello! I also wanted to give a shout out to David and James. James is always very courteous on the phone and professional and helpful. David came over here on Sunday night to help us out with a little problem with the unit, and then came back out the next day. Everyone is always professional and very nice. It’s good to know that if we are unable to have Nellocome over that we have David also. Both great. Also, Roman came over with David and he is new, and learning but was so knowledgeable also.

Everyone was so nice and respectful. From Salesman to Installers to Office Staff. The Installers vacuumed and cleaned everything when they were done. The system works better than I thought, it is so quiet. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Hearn a 20.

Hearn was very prompt and after initially fitting us in next day, they received a cancellation and then fit us in within a few hours of our call. Nello arrived and was very thorough checking over everything and was then able to walk us through different options based on our time and budget-going through everything he found. After deciding, they were in and out within a couple hours and our AC is back in working condition. We signed up for the membership and are looking forward to working with them in the future to maintain and fix the remaining things he mentioned to us that we had to put on hold for the time being. Overall, great experience.

So about a month ago we had Hearn come to inspect our HVAC system at our home as it was 19 years old and exhibiting signs of distress. After a thorough inspection by Aaron, we scheduled an appointment to determine if a new higher quality unit was the path that was best at this time. Dustin our sales rep met with us and spent a significant amount of time explaining our options and determining our options. There was no pressure for us to buy, simply knowledge to allow us to make an informed decision. We decided to replace both our heating and A/C unit with new high efficiency units. John and Ullie (Ulysses) were our installation technicians. I truly can’t say enough about their professionalism and patience. They took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, we’re very know and ensured we were comfortable throughout the installation process. These guys were Top Notch!!! We are very impressed, pleased and satisfied with the entire process and everyone at Hearn. We HIGHLY recommend them for your needs.

Tyler came for a reason and was able to make me feel better about that issue. and then when above and beyond to see if he could stay and just do the winter maintenance. it's all taken care of efficiently and I always feel better after hearns has been at my house.
