Nathan has been to my home several times now and I have always been very impressed with his customer service and his professionalism. He is always very courteous and goes to lengths to involve me as to what hes doing and why. He explains everything (even though most of it I dont understand :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_and_winking_eye:) so that Im aware of whats happening. Justin and Nathan are two really awesome guys. Nathan installed my chandelier and later he and Justin came out to inspect my lighting and Justin told me he could easily install an extra outlet on my husbands side of the bathroom. I have asked several electricians over the years about this and they said it would be a big mess going through the wall but Justin made it simple by going through the cabinets and neatly hiding the wiring. Then he noticed I had a few drawer pulls loose so he tightened one and replaced the nail with a more secure screw with the other. He also borrowed my trash can then went and emptied it outside for me. Really sweet guys!!!
