Repaired a sanitary sump pump clogged by a baby wipe. It was a complex job with several set-backs. Both Tassos and Anas persevered and got the job done!

I have been a happy client of High Mark for over 10 years. High Mark has done excellent work on my house, related to sewer line, drain tiles, gas furnace, hot water tank, and plumbing. I appreciate Mr. Scott Bissett, Service Manager, very much. With his capable direction, as well as that of Mr. Matt Pitt, President, High Mark has an excellent team of technicians. Most recently, Mr. Andrew Mitchell did furnace tuneup and checked the hot water tank. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. This past summer Mr. Ryan Burns discovered a serious problem with the drain tiles and repaired them. Mr. Ryan Wood came with the hydro vac truck, and when they discovered that the problem was far more extensive than initially estimated, he changed his travel plans and attended to my drain tiles. In the scorching heat of this August, Mr. Ryan Burns, with his assistant, Gurshir, completed the repair very promptly. Mr. Ryan Burns is very knowledgeable and was welcoming to my questions. I recommend High Mark to anyone.

Many thanks to Grant and the guys at High Mark. Our boiler that supplies heat to the house and hot tap water packed it in on Christmas eve and they were on the scene boxing day morning!

Initially called another company to come in and they told me I needed to replace my furnace completely, which I felt was not required and wanted a second opinion. I was charged $380 for them having come in my door and doing nothing. I called Highmark and Andrew was able to get my furnace in working order.
