I called P. K. Wadsworth at 7:10 a.m., 1-25-2021, explained my problem, and was told a technician (Mike), would call me 30 minutes before arrival later in the morning. Mike called me to discuss intermittent cycling issues in my heating system boiler that had gone unfixed by two other repair services in last two weeks. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listened carefully. He ran diagnostics and found that my 2014 boiler required a Service Bulletin fix of three replacement parts. He immediately retrieved them from the local parts vendor and solved the problem within an hour. It was a joy waking up this morning to the same house temperature I had set on my thermostat!. Thank you, Mike, for your responsiveness, efficiency, and problem-solving skills!
Overall fantastic experience over and over! I greatly appreciate Jacob my technician that came out! He was early and very efficient. The knowledge he had was impressive. I appreciate everything he did for us and keeping our home safe and running properly.

I recieved a text telling me Rusty would be arriving shortly. Within 5 minutes, he was here. Wore PPE & kept his distance. Extremely nice, very professional, explained everything clearly.
