We had our HVAC unit replaced last week. In 107 degree weather, it was a grueling day, but Richard and Brandon handled it like the pros they are. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and kept checking to make sure our 5 dogs and myself were ok with no AC for several hours. They set up a large cooling fan for us. We've used Climate Pro for several years now and have always found them to be very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them. Just to add, a week later, Richard came back to install new insulation in our attic. He did a great job. He's always professional and very helpful. You can't do better than Climate Pro. We finished up all our work on the HVAC a few days ago with Jason coming out to clean our ductwork. He did an excellent job. As always, he was very professional, helpful, and just a very friendly pleasant tech. Climate Pro has a great staff to work with. We just had our first maintenance inspection from the installation of our new unit. As expected, everything was great. Our Tech, Steve, did a great job and was as friendly and professional as all the staff at Climate Pro. I definitely recommend their company. July, 2025 Just had another HVAC system Maintenance done. Our tech, Zack, was great. As always, did a very thorough, professional job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Climate Pro is always great to work with.

Caden came out today to balance the HVAC system that was installed two weeks ago. He found a duct vent that was not directing airflow properly. He repaired the vent and now ac is flowing normally throughout the entire house. Very pleased with Caden’s services today.

Climate Pro LLC sent me a email telling me who (and a Photo of Matt) would be arriving at my home to provide me with an estimate. This little touch is a Big Thing to a homeowner in these days of heightened personal security. The minute I saw Matt's clean, professionally labeled truck I thought this is a good start. Then I met Matt and knew I was going to get good, reliable, professional information. As it turned, Matt explained the design and layout of my garage was NOT conducive to a practical installation of a Mini Split AC system. I had over researched reviews and videos on line and felt pretty savvy for a homeowner, yet when Matt questioned the drainage issue, big problem, my vision dimmed. Out of the box Options were discussed, but Matts knowledge of possible HOA issues regarding drainage ended those ideas. I could tell Matt was NOT going to sell me something just for the sale. He did not even mention "what if" cost until I asked for a ball park $. Long story short - I won't be having a garage Mini Split but looks like a high quality Portable AC Unit at Matt's suggestion would work. End result - I have added Climate Pro LLC and Matt's name to my phone directory for future HVAC referrals. They will be my new go to AC Contractor all because of Matt.
