The technician (Austin) was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the work to be performed, asked me my preferences on applicable items and offered his own suggestions as well. The other associate (Glenn) was polite and helpful. They performed all work requested and I am very happy with the results. They cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use Nipper Electric in the future.
