Ali I am very pleased with my experience with Holenchik. Ali kept me informed of arrival and updated periodically during the work. He consistently asked if I had questions or concerns. When my roof was complete, he explained the contracted amount and add ons required (which were also explained would be determined during work at initial estimate). All the crew were very polite and my property and neighbor's were all cleaned before they left. They worked to dark on first day and in cold and very windy conditions the next work day. I am very grateful.
We are happy with the service and the workmanship. This company does good work and they make sure you are satisfied. Dealt with many great employees, Peter, Colton, and for the finish Ali who clearly took great pride in making sure everything was right and to our liking. update a few months later: Holencik stands by their work, a piece of metal facia blew off in the strong winds recently and Tyler made the repair quickly and professionally. He also examined the other pieces to make sure they weren't loosened in the wind. They did not charge me for this repair, and it's much appreciated.
Not finished the quote yet. She was nice. She had an idea that none of the men who had given me quotes from different companies had thought of. So that was a big plus.
Emily Ali and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof replacement of our home. Attention to detail in every aspect of thee project was very important to them. Additionally, Colton and his staff replaced the old gutter guards with the new and better version that is now available. This is the second time Holencik has done work on our house and we were pleased with the results both times.
Ali was the lead on the roof portion of the job. He showed me everything I needed to know, things I didn’t even think of knowing. Very transparent thought out the entire process. The roofing crew left the job spotless. I was very pleased with and would definitely recommend Holencik to anyone I know. They are not the cheapest outfit, but you get the extra mile you pay for.

The process of residing seemed overwhelming but the Holencik family made it super easy. Emily was so amazing and helpful with showing us different options of colors and types of siding. Dustin and Nathan were terrific with site supervising once the installation began. The install team was wonderful. So nice, concerned and efficient. We could not be happier with our choice of siding installers. Will use again if any other services are needed. 100% recommend.
I did not have them install a new skylight when I had the roof replaced. They made it clear that skylight leaks are not guaranteed. When doing the roof replacement they did install all new flashing on the skylight. After the first rain the skylight leaked, I called and someone came out the caulked the skylight around the glass. This did not fix the leak. I called again and Jolynn called me back to say any leaks on the skylight are not their problem. I went on the roof and found the flashing improperly installed and fixed it myself. ( I have pictures) Skylight is now leak free. Otherwise the installation and clean up was very good, only found a few nails left in the yard.

Holencik replaced my roof a few years back and did a fantastic job! I’ve had no issues. Recently, I hired them to replace the siding on the front of my house, and again they did a great job. There were a few minor issues and they were very quick to address them. Very pleased with them and would recommend them to anybody!

We were aware that Holencik had worked on a neighbor's house, so we asked them to quote on a new roof and a siding repair for our house. When they came out to measure and quote, they were thorough in explaining some options for materials and answering our questions. (We'd had some problems with the old roof.) We chose them to do the work, and they were timely in getting it scheduled and completed in one day. Everything went smoothly. When they were done, the yard was cleaned up and the roof looked great. After six months, we've had several hard storms and some heavy icing, and all the old problems are gone.
