Martella is all professionalism I called for service when the office was closed and the answering service was extremely helpful in recording my information and explaining how Martella’s service calls work. I called the next day and there was a cancellation so Andrew was my service technician. I also got a call saying he was on his way and, and last but not least, I was sent a photo of him for i.d. purposes. Andrew was knowledgeable, personable, and articulate. He explained clearly to me my concerns I was having regarding several electrical outlets in my home. If I should need electrical service again, I will be calling Martella.

Andrew, Jr. arrived on time and did an excellent job, and he took the time to explain what he was doing. Dealing with Martella Electric was most enjoyable because their entire staff is customer focused and pleasurable to deal with, combined with reasonable pricing, they are your best choice for an electrician. I called Martella because they were listed in the Best of Delco book. They confirmed the appointment on Friday and I got a text and emailed with the picture of Brian so I would know who to expect. Communication is SO important! We had to have them fix all of the things in our house that were suppose to already have been connected to our $10,000 whole house generator installed a year ago by Terra. It wasnt until we lost power did we know how few things they hooked up. We called and emailed them several times and got no response. Thankful that Martella is our new electricians.
