J.Bobby Isaacs has been my plumber/service technician for the past 4 years. He is excellent. Mr. Isaacs is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is outstanding in his craft, and clearly explains and responds to any questions we have. He also goes above and beyond expectations. Most recently I had a serious water pressure problem. After determining it was not an issue within my house plumbing, he contacted WSSC who responded immediately and also sent a master plumber with whom Mr. Isaacs communicated at length. Mr. Isaacs informed WSSC of the steps he had taken to address this problem. WSSC subsequently made four visits to my home and then concurred with Mr. Isaacs diagnosis. WSSC replaced an exterior pipe and the "corporation stock" exactly what Mr. Isaacs had recommended. Bobby Isaacs is terrific and reflects very well on Vito.
