AWD When I called, I asked to speak to someone who was knowledgeable about water damage. I was put through to Jeff Frenzel, the Division Manager. I hit the jackpot! He explained everything to me in detail, answered my questions, was friendly, patient, understanding of my worries and put my mind at ease. He showed up with not only his crew, but also his on staff insurance expert who walked me through every step of the process. The crew were professional, clean, polite, friendly, easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using this company - it's worth it.
Kolby came to the house after being contacted by the plummer who was working to find and stop the water leak in the kitchen wall. Kolby and American Water Damage got straight to work removing the cabinets and opening up the wall. As they did they removed and saved all the cabinet trim, doors and drawers to be used to reconstruct the cabinets to match the rest of the kitchen. Kolby and his team were very friendly and positive of the outcome for their reconstruction. They knew what they were doing and made quick work if that phase of the project. American Water Damage will be managing the reconstruction project and is working directly with my insurance company. Everyone seems very professional.
I used American water damage for their water mitigation services. Mike Dodd came out right away to access the situation. He was very helpful in reassuring me & letting me know what to expect. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and communication open. The team sent out were also very friendly & professional. I made the right choice in trusting them to handle everything. I also used them in the rebuild process and was very satisfied with everything at the end. The contractor they worked with was superb & you could tell they took pride in their work.
American Water Damage of Houston has been amazing to work with. If there was every any issue all I have to do was contact them and they took care of it immediately. The front office and my guy Q went the extra mile. They are five star service.
Mike Dodd and his team of contractors were excellent in handling broken water pipe damage in our rental property. They not only repaired the damage but were able to do other things in the house to prepare it to be put on the market to sell. They were all very friendly and completed the job as planned. I definitely will refer them in the future.

Gerard What can I say this company really gets after it and so far has come through with the first & second steps .. assess the water damage take Sheet rock out wherever needed & set up dehumidifier with industrial fans ... Reyes was jolly on the spot coming everyday to check levels of water damage ... now we start on the 3rd step... American I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and American water damage came out and assist me with my situation... Every time i call with a question Samantha always helping and assisting me with whatever it is i need to know. I definitely recommend American water damage of Houston they were on time they were professional and they are doing everything to get my house back to normal after the snow storm of 2021. I felt comfortable with them being in my house they were very respectful and these days that is hard to find but I definitely recommend them if you have any damage to your house.
Kodee and crew were very professional. Having a 94 year old living in the house with caregivers, we were concerned about dust and noise. They set up a plastic barrier with zipper so we could enter and exit the kitchen easily. He explained everything they were doing and why. They installed a dehumidifier, hepa filter for dust and 2 fans to dry the area out. They used FDA approved chemicals to remove the mold and keep it from returning. We were very pleased with their service.
I want to send all praises to Kodee Edwards! He was the supervisor on deck. He was most professional and sincere. He took his time mitigating my fathers property. He explained each and every step. He assisted with my phone calls with the insurance company. And, he eased my fears and made lifted my confidence regarding the repairs. He spoke to my dad and let him know he would maintain as many memories that he could to his home. Kodees helpers were very nice and helpful. I am appreciative of the knowledge and expertise Kodee and his crew exhibited. I wholeheartedly recommend American Water Damage of Houston; and most importantly, I encourage all to ask for Kodee Edwards and his crew!
