I had an awesome experience having the Dixie Electric Professionals arrive to replace the electrical panel system outside and also check and replace electrical plugs in the house as needed. Concern was shown to go far beyond the call of duty to see to it that our home received the best of what ever was needed to be safe. My family and l are very satisfied with their work performance. Will from H-Vac did an awesome job on our maintenance check on the H-Vac system. Perfection in Customer Service. We appreciate his kindness and expertise. 06/11/25 Cameron G. From Dixie Electric did the Electrical Inspection at our home.He patiently conducted the inspection, checking the plugs behind furniture and awkward locations and the electrical box outside. Indeed one of the outlets was a fire hazard. These inspections are truly life saving. l phoned to reschedule and Cameron was back on the following day to replace the faulty electrical outlet. As the Receptionist said:” We don’t play with fire hazards! All I can conclude with is this. The Dixie Electric and Plumbing Team will take care of your home.

Nate was great. He ensured I knew exactly what he was doing. Walked me through the entire process before he began and ensured I was satisfied with the results before he left. He cleaned up every bit of scrap and trash and made sure everything was functional before he had me sign anything. The price was a little high, but worth the piece of mind for such a professional experience.

The Technician was comprehensive and shared with me our AC issues, step-by-step. We are very appreciative of them explaining things and helping us find the best solution.

He was great. Really nice and fast worker. Cleaned up after and answered all my questions. Thank you.

It's was a great experience

Blake is awesome, He came out to investigate an alert condition that had been reported by my wifi thermostat to Dixie. Blake gave the heat pump system a quick once over and was unable to find any issues, he reviewed the thermostat for any alerts stored in the thermostat history, there were none, so we just chalked it up and an false alert. This was the second time that the Thermostat has sent a none recorded fault. Blake is the kind of technician that I like to work with, very personable, well educated in the product, dog friendly, very thoughtful and respectful to his surroundings. Thanks Blake, everything's back cooling!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dixie. I called in a panic at 4:45 pm on a Friday with a busted pipe. The technician, Cam, had already clocked out and finished his day, but took our case anyway and was SO nice and helpful when he could have been home with his family. He was able to get us fixed, and when the problem proved to be very extensive, immediately got me in touch with a recommended company to handle the next steps of dealing with the wet, rotting wood. He worked quickly, answered all of my MANY questions, and charged us the exact fair price we had been quoted. I'll never call another plumber. He saved our weekend!
