My outside power box blew up May 15, 2026. ALFA tried two different vendors with both vendors not following through, dropping out, or not responding after initial contact. ALFA called Dixie Electric on May 26, 2026, and not only did a representative come out within the hour, but they had my electric fixed and running by May 28, 2026. Great service, great job, great technician. Kudos to Dixie Elcttic and John Jinright!!! Thank you!!! And thank you, Tyler Patterson, of ALFA. Then my hot water heater went out (from same issue), and Dixie came right back out replacing it. Thank you to Dewayne Poitevint, who did a great job. I highly recommend Dixie Electric.

I was without power for several weeks in May with several businesses falling through in fixing it. Alfa called Dixie Electric and John Jinright came out the same day, and had my power fixed two days later. My hot water heater evidently was burned out from the issue and today Dwayne Poitevint came out today and is going to replace it today. Thank God. This has been a trial, but ALFA Insurance and Dixie Electric have been.absolutely amazing and so efficient in all of this. Thank you, Dixie Electric!!!
