I cannot remember the two gentlemen's names that came out today to install my water heater, but they were very kind, knowledgeable and they did really well with the installation!

Tony worked on electrical issues on my boathouse, which has historically has a lot of issues! He diagnosed multiple problems and did a great job giving me options for repairs and to keep the cost reasonable. Very impressed!

Byron came out after hours to assess our hot water heater. He determined the problem quickly and explained thoroughly! He quoted us a new unit, explained everything to my husband and I and then re-explained it to me exactly how I asked him to... like I am a 2-yr old. He was extremely professional, polite, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home, even under the circumstances. I am looking forward to having him return for our install, and with his demeanor, attention, and knowledge...I know we are in good hands!

Justin Downs and his partner Lenny provided exceptional service at our home. We had a plumbing issue and they handled it with honestly and displayed a high level of knowledge. They were punctual, efficient, and provided alternative solutions/advice to prevent future plumbing issues which in the long run saves us money. We highly recommend Justin and Lenny for their expertise and integrity. Price was very reasonable for the service they provided. I can’t say enough good things about them!
The service technician Kris Roton arrived on time, was personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and I will likely be hiring Dixie Electric to make the repairs to my AC.
Mr. Jimmie was so nice and concerned about the issue that was going on with my a/c unit. even though the problem is still needs to be addressed, he gave me a little reassurance. -cayla (woodland)

Blake is awesome, He came out to investigate an alert condition that had been reported by my wifi thermostat to Dixie. Blake gave the heat pump system a quick once over and was unable to find any issues, he reviewed the thermostat for any alerts stored in the thermostat history, there were none, so we just chalked it up and an false alert. This was the second time that the Thermostat has sent a none recorded fault. Blake is the kind of technician that I like to work with, very personable, well educated in the product, dog friendly, very thoughtful and respectful to his surroundings. Thanks Blake, everything's back cooling!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dixie. I called in a panic at 4:45 pm on a Friday with a busted pipe. The technician, Cam, had already clocked out and finished his day, but took our case anyway and was SO nice and helpful when he could have been home with his family. He was able to get us fixed, and when the problem proved to be very extensive, immediately got me in touch with a recommended company to handle the next steps of dealing with the wet, rotting wood. He worked quickly, answered all of my MANY questions, and charged us the exact fair price we had been quoted. I'll never call another plumber. He saved our weekend!

I am glad you called. I even tried to call earlier but I guess you guys were all at lunch. John didn't ask me to do this but he did a great job, over and above the call of duty. I had lots of issues going on. I am a manager of several hundred people and he did a great job. You have a great employee with John. If I managed him my life would be much easier.
