I had a cooling problem with my air conditioner unit and I called Dixie Electric Plumbing & Air. I met Kris Roton who had good customer services, he did an inspection of the unit and afterwards Kris sat down with me and explained and showed me pictures of what was going on with the unit. He gave me options that could be beneficial for my situation and more. I was very impressed with his knowledge of his job. If you should need an inspection or a repair for your air conditioner unit or plumbing just don't call anybody, call Kris at Dixie Electric . Thank you Kris for a job well done

Oct. 2024-Blake, Tyler and one more technician whose name I don’t remember (sorry) did the HVAC inspection at my home today They were thorough, very polite and, as always with Dixie, explained everything being done in a way that I could underdtand. Apr.2025- since Google doesn’t seem to allow me to review a company more than once, I thought I’d just add a note. The HVAC inspection for spring was carried out by Kyle, who is also great at explaining all things. During his inspection in the attic, he noticed water in the pan below the tankless water heater, which lead to a call to a Dixie plumber, Nate, who promptly attended to the matter. The heater was actually past its expected life span and I decided to replace it so that there would be no issues to worry about, such as leaking and ruining the ceiling below. The attic is a stupid place to put a water heater, imo, but it was done by previous owners. Installation was done by Nate and Lenny. They arrived and went straight to work and did an excellent job and I have the peace of mind that Dixie stands behind its work.

Blake is awesome, He came out to investigate an alert condition that had been reported by my wifi thermostat to Dixie. Blake gave the heat pump system a quick once over and was unable to find any issues, he reviewed the thermostat for any alerts stored in the thermostat history, there were none, so we just chalked it up and an false alert. This was the second time that the Thermostat has sent a none recorded fault. Blake is the kind of technician that I like to work with, very personable, well educated in the product, dog friendly, very thoughtful and respectful to his surroundings. Thanks Blake, everything's back cooling!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dixie. I called in a panic at 4:45 pm on a Friday with a busted pipe. The technician, Cam, had already clocked out and finished his day, but took our case anyway and was SO nice and helpful when he could have been home with his family. He was able to get us fixed, and when the problem proved to be very extensive, immediately got me in touch with a recommended company to handle the next steps of dealing with the wet, rotting wood. He worked quickly, answered all of my MANY questions, and charged us the exact fair price we had been quoted. I'll never call another plumber. He saved our weekend!
