Roy Overton was friendly and professional. It was raining but he didn't seem to mind. It was an outside job. He was only to let me know what the problem was and would get back with me Monday concerning the repair. I can only reply to his decisions at this time. I have to reply on the repair later. Part 2: Tuesday the technicians came out to repair my water pipes. I have the galvanized steel pipes which was used in my home built in 1959. I had a major leak which all had to be replaced with PEX or PVC pipes. It only took them half a day which I thought would be an all day job. I cannot remember the Technican's name. He was very nice, friendly, and courteous. They guarantee their work which is a plus. I cannot speak on the price because I don't really know what the price should be this type of job. I was given some discounts which I am thankful for. Overall I will say it was a job done well far as I can tell for now and would call on them again.

Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air did a great job and Adam Durham was a great professional. He was able to find issues about my air conditioner and was able to fix it the next day and also, dixie has a great response time when my air conditioner went out. Find issue with my attic fan , which they were able to fix it with no charge. I am very grateful with this company, and y'all do amazing job. One evening, we lost power in part of our house because of a faulty circuit breaker leaving a large part of the downstairs, including the kitchen, in the dark. After calling Dixie Electric’s after hours number, an employee called us. Because our refrigerator was also without power she was able to schedule someone to come out first thing the next morning. The electrician was very polite and explained everything. He, not only made the repair, but double checked that when I turned on the stove again that it was not the problem.

Andrew did a great job. Arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice.

Good job to get it running again. It’s been running now for a half hour but the thermostat is stuck on 78 and not going down. It’s set on 74. Note: the thermostat just started working correctly. It is now 77 so I guess it just took a while for it to start working. Thanks.

Dixie wired my storage shed. They set up an overhead light, two outlets, and wiring for security cameras. Did a great job. Even the clean up when the job was finished was above expectations.

Justin Downs and his partner Lenny provided exceptional service at our home. We had a plumbing issue and they handled it with honestly and displayed a high level of knowledge. They were punctual, efficient, and provided alternative solutions/advice to prevent future plumbing issues which in the long run saves us money. We highly recommend Justin and Lenny for their expertise and integrity. Price was very reasonable for the service they provided. I can’t say enough good things about them!

The service technician Kris Roton arrived on time, was personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and I will likely be hiring Dixie Electric to make the repairs to my AC.
