Lisa at the office responded to my calls and emails and kept me well informed of what is going on on daily basis! Bryce, who came to inspect the heating ducts, was very throughout and it was a bonus because he could finger spell as I am Deaf. (will tell my Deaf friends!) Cris came and walked through the house and was very honest about what I needed. Integrity is important when you are paying so much for a new heating system and furnace! Anthony and Matt who worked four full days with another men were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. They would communicate with me daily, explaining what they did and what they would do. They left the place clean! Lastly a Tyler came to my rescue when my thermostat did not function properly. He fixed it in a jiffy and helped me with the set up! Barker Heating and Cooling gets 5 stars from me! I did not even have to bark to get good services. Do utilize their excellent services!

Our installers, Chris Vargas and Liam, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was a particularly difficult job as our furnace is located in our attic space (very close quarters). Even though is was difficult removing the old furnace, they took it in stride and installed the new furnace in short order. We've dealt with Barker Mechanical for years and they have always been very professional and courteous.

We needed to get out 20 year old furnace replaced without breaking the bank too much. We were under the impression that its just another appliance and the cost of replacing it will only include the price of the furnace. We were mistaken. We spoke with multiple heating/cooling companies and got quotes. Barker Heating and Cooling beat them all. And they did a really good job. They did not quote us unneeded work and only did what we needed immediately...which is to get the furnace replaced with a proper exhaust pipe. I had a thermostat lose power due to a fuse failing. I didna t know that was the cause at first. The electrician was affable, professional, and knowledgeable. I was expecting a larger bill, but he was efficient and explained everything from the problem to the solution, as he worked through it.

I had Bryce come and install an EcoBee. He was on time, professional and really nice. Did a great job in a timely matter. Made sure everything was working prior to him leaving.

Recommended by my brother-in-law who had a business in the same industry so I knew they would have to be good. He only did large businesses in SF.

scar did an amazing job answering all of my questions and I had a plethora of questions for him about the air conditioning. He was nice, polite and did a great job. He installed a green fan on my furnace that will be an amazing addition to my unit, I appreciate that. I would like to give Oscar a rating. I would like to comment on how nice and polite Lisa and Dagger were while getting me scheduled and keeping me updated on the status of my appointment. The only complaint I have is the fact that I was rescheduled too many times for my liking, but each time was handled in a professional manner. I appreciate that. I also want to let the owner's at Barker know that they are doing an amazing job by employing such polite and well mannered employees. I am old school and you rarely find younger people with manners this day and age, so I appreciate that the owner's understand the value of that!
