Always thorough, and reasonably priced. I like their service plans they offer to keep system maintained year round. Just learning about all the upgraded plans today and will probably upgrade from the standard. Always professional when here and have used them for past 3 years now.

My 94 yr old mom still lives independently in her home which can be tricky especially when we have hvac problems during extreme weather conditions. Everytime we call Infinity Air ,whether it be for maintenance or repairs, everyone is responsive, professional and caring. Such a relief since I live 2 states away. I can't say "Thank You" enough!

Paul Riggins came today to complete my Spring A/C Tune Up Maintenance. He was on time, very polite and professional. I love that he explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. We had a new AC unit installed and there are no words to describe the outstanding work that Jose and Erick and team did. All of the representatives from Trapper to Gilbert to the office staff and Greg. All were extremely professional and committed to providing great craftsmanship. Immediately upon receipt of a postcard highlighting a promotion from Infinity Texas Air for HVAC replacement I called and spoke directly to the President of the company. He was on time for his appointment and all personnel I communicated with following this initial contact were punctual. It is welcoming to know that others value my time as much as I do. Infinity Texas Air was not the first company that came by to provide an HVAC replacement estimate.There were some air flow concerns that I brought to the attention of others during the estimate phase and they seemed to be more focused on selling me a new system than my overall comfort. Infinity Texas Air was responsive to this concern. I feel confident that it will be addressed as stated during the summer months when it can be thoroughly tested. The warranties offered by Amana coupled with that of Infinity Texas Air surpassed that of their competition. Overall my experience with Infinity Texas Air was impressive. The staff exudes professionalism. From the President to the office staff, installers and quality control service, I am pleased. It was a great day when I received the postcard in the mail. Continue the outstanding service! Time will tell if they can live up to these compliments. I can only hope that future service will be as impressive. Then I will be able to access the quality of work and value.

Have had excellent service from all Infinity employees that have been in our home! Josh came and was able to quickly find out nothing was wrong with our brand new system but he had to replace face plate on the Honeywell thermostat and we were back in business!
