Mac was great, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the furnace even considering our unit was older than he was. He recommended we replace it because it was dangerous to run, due to a gas leak and possible carbon monoxide poisoning. Would recommend Gilmore to anyone.

Always so thorough

On the coldest day of the season, this year, my heater wouldnt work. I called Gilmore and they sent a technician, Victor, right out. He did all the preliminary checks and the climbed into the attic to do a heater check up. He found a couple issues and let me know he had ordered the parts. He was very professional and he communicated what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it , clearly.spent time to insure my heater would keep me warm.
