Quick fix

Not disappointed in my call today for a new hot water heater or maybe repair! Had to replace and what an exceptional job done by this young man Preston. Explained in detail many options to get the job done - don’t hesitate to make a call to Area Plumbing if the need should arise.

I called Area Plumbing to check out our on-demand hot water heater that was not heating and had an error code. Preston showed up on time and immediately checked out the system. We discovered the warranty on the on-demand hot water heater was expired and enquired as to replacement options. Quickly we were provided with an estimate and once we gave the OK, they had the unit in stock and it was installed the same day! Preston was professional in appearance an even wore protective booties when he entered the house. I highly recommend Area Plumbing!! Thank you Preston & Logan!

He did a fantastic job, after letting us know it might take two days to finish him and his partner stayed until the entire job was done. The clean up afterwards was also great. They didn't leave until they made sure we were happy with the job . I will only use Area Plumbing for my plumbing problems.

Yet another engineer from Area Plumbing who we were very impressed and pleased with. Clearly very experienced. Methodical in his setup, clean lines cutting out the tile and accessing the piping buried behind stucco, and did not run into any issues with what we considered a challenging job. Was very accommodating to add replacing the tub overflow plate to the work order after major work was completed. I'm from California, and I wish I had a company like Area Plumbing where I live: everyone in the office (scheduling, advance notification of arrival) and the field is so professional, accomodating, and friendly. Preston and his coworker came to install a new water heater and re-solder an outdoor water faucet connection that a different local company had messed up. Although the initial quoted price was a bit higher than I had expected, Preston took his time to explain the billing. These guys were beyond professional. I'd use them again if I had to.

Jose showed up prepared to take care of the issue and did everything very efficiently. I like that he wore his shoe covers in our home and cleaned his work area. Our dogs really liked him too which is always a good sign. We will have him back for sure.
