Absolutely fantastic experience with Panda Roof. We were experiencing some serious humidity problems on the second floor of our house early into summer. Marcus came by and diagnosed the problem and was incredibly thorough in his inspection and install, even providing photos and explanations as he worked. He was genuine and professional throughout the entire process. The total cost for install was reasonable and actually less than what I expected. Not once did I feel like I was being sold to which was refreshing. Now that Fall is just around the corner, I can happily say that we haven't experienced any issues with humidity whatsoever. The upstairs always feels cool and comfortable. I highly recommend Panda Roof if you are having issues with anything relating to roofing and if Marcus is your tech, you are certainly in good hands.
Even tho we had hiccups with manufacturing, panda was excellent and had my back the whole way and stayed in constant contact I never needed to worry what was happening or when.
The company was fast, very friendly, and did quality work. I would definitely use them again... Hopefully I do not, but if I did.

I am a returning customer. 3 yrs ago they replaced my roof. Roy was the salesman then, very knowledgeable and professional. So when I needed siding done I called Panda Roof again. Edwin was our salesman this time and he did not disappoint. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Was always available for any questions we had during the whole process. This company takes pride in their work and never pressure you to buy items you don't need. I will always return back to them should I need roofing or siding.

Edwin Met with Marcus from Panda Roofing and he informed me it was a condensation leak and what caused the problem and condensation on the ceiling. He informed me that he could fix the issue but it could come back somewhere else inside the house because of the cheap paper underlayment installed when the roof was replace years ago. He is very knowledgeable about roofing issues and how to fix them. I liked that he is not a high pressure sales person. I will definitely use Panda Roof for my roof replacement this next spring. I highly recommend Panda and Marcus.
We finalized our roof deal yesterday. The salesman, a young man named Edwin, was very professional, courteous and knew his job. the price was right, but it was Edwin's salesmanship mixed with his being so personable that we chose to go with Panda roofing.

I had Panda roofing out today.They sent a gentleman named Edwin Butler that was very professional, courteous and helpful. explained all the ins and outs of the roof. what I needed what I could get. he explained to me the ins and outs of the roof and showed me where the previous roofers had cut corners that they would not. I really appreciate paying the roofing. thanks!.
