I'm under contract to purchase a house and it has mini splits instead of traditional HVAC. Having no experience with mini splits I called to have someone come out to make sure they were adequate for the home and to basically educate me on this system. Tyler came out and thoroughly examined the system and explained how they work vs regular HVAC, he showed me where the filters were located, how often to clean them, recommended service periods, even showed me how to use the remotes to program them for optimal performance. I was extremely happy with how well Tyler explained everything, he never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question and very patiently answered all my questions. Very very happy Tyler came out to help me.

Hunter was tech according to inspection report -did not see name in drop down. Provided recommendations I’m sure came from corporate call. The only issue I have is the “selling” of some recommendations and the prices for minor and easy DIY, I had a question for a vanity install in powder room but forgot to ask.I’ll continue to use Huff for inspections and any major work, the folks have always been professional and work performed as expected.
