TJ was very polite and a nice young man. He presented his findings very well and in a manner I could understand.
We have worked with Summers twice now and both experiences have been positive. We recently had to replace our water softener. Cooper came out to assess and had a new one installed for us within 24 hours. He was very kind, knowledgeable and timely. Highly recommend working with Summers and Cooper specifically!

David Pizzola came to our rescue. After hour call, he showed up smiling , friendly and retored our ac in a timely manner Thank again David , and summers for making our house a comfortable temperature again .
Everything went good. They were friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms. The HVAC guy gave me all my options but didn’t try to oversell. Repaired my unit quickly and everything is working fine. The plumber was quick with his diagnosis and said the last installer should have put a power rod in the water heater, because the existing anode rod is already shot. Best of all no charge on the power rod. Will be back next Friday to install.
Same tech as last time and he was great. Super friendly l, knowledgeable and aware of the home having already been here. Will keep coming back.
Robert Robert was great to work with - very professional, understanding of our needs, knowledgable and with a bit of humor as well. Office staff were great to deal with as well and responsive.
Robert they are friendly knowledgeable and always do a great job taking care of my a/c in the summer and my heat in the winter. They are a great value very reasonable to do business with.

Who needs your furnace to die in January? Ugh! mine did. They came out quickly and gave me the news nobody wants to hear. They gave me a great deal and came out the very next day and put in a new furnace and air conditioner. Super nice guys from start to finish. Nobody wants to have this happen, but Summers make it a great experience.
The customer service is great. I have liked everyone who has come to my house. They are great at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done.
Adam was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. Like Adam who initiated the inspection and replacement of my boiler, Marvin and the young man helping him were awesome. The were both polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and hard working. They spent the entire day and worked overtime until 8:00-9:00 yesterday to get my new boiler installed so I would have heat. I would recommend these men with Summers to anyone.
