We also had our service done the same day we called reporting an issue with our AC unit. They are professional, friendly, and finished the repairs quickly and with integrity. We will be requesting them for hvac along Robert for plumbing going forward. Mac, the manager is also wonderful. Recommend them all for trustworthy and reliable plumbing or hvac needs!

My technician Jesse Peters was absolutely outstanding he worked on my air conditioner for 2 days and had to replace a frayed wire that ran from my thermostat to my furnace he had to work in the attic with temperatures exceeding 120° and never once complained and barely took a break he was so kind and polite he wore protection on his shoes when coming into my house and explained everything that was going on this was my first time dealing with Summers and I am absolutely impressed with the awesome service I received I would certainly recommend this company to anybody Jesse was a very trustworthy competent and honest individual and I had all the faith and confidence in the world in this young man. Kudos to Jesse and I want to express my gratitude for your expertise and for fixing my air conditioner problem also I want Summers to know that this young man is an asset to your company and he should certainly be paid for what he is worth you have a new customer now because of him and also the pricing for the repairs were certainly reasonable this is the first time that I have felt that a company has not taken me for my money thank you again Jesse for being you I certainly recommend this company to anybody that wants a honest company with absolutely well trained technicians. Who needs your furnace to die in January? Ugh! mine did. They came out quickly and gave me the news nobody wants to hear. They gave me a great deal and came out the very next day and put in a new furnace and air conditioner. Super nice guys from start to finish. Nobody wants to have this happen, but Summers make it a great experience.

The customer service is great. I have liked everyone who has come to my house. They are great at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done.

Adam was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. Like Adam who initiated the inspection and replacement of my boiler, Marvin and the young man helping him were awesome. The were both polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and hard working. They spent the entire day and worked overtime until 8:00-9:00 yesterday to get my new boiler installed so I would have heat. I would recommend these men with Summers to anyone.
