Good basic pricing. Some optional extra steps to prolong the life of an old system. Low key sales with no high pressure. Good professional explanations. And a friendly articulate technician!

What was done was completely necassary due to the neglect of the system in place by the previous owner. Mike was able to locate the tank and he was straight-forward. He explained every-single-little-line-item in detail to get my septic system back to a great condition. Mike inspected it, cleaned it, and was very humorous during the whole experience. I have zero regrets for calling Septic Blue for this service. If all of the technicians are like Mike; detailed, thorough, educational, and quick(despite the circumstance), there is no reason to not choose Septic Blue for service.

Mike explained everything to me and was very professional. He didn't stop until he got the job done. (2 years later, I realized he only clean one side of the tank) The price was extremely high. He Informed me that they would have to use a special tool to break up the liquid, which was a lie. After speaking with another company, I was told that this is what this company do, as far as starting the price at a decent amount and then increasing the price. My ending price was over $1100. Do not use this company. They have you to complete a review as soon as they finish before you can process what they have done or research their company. I will NOT use this company again.
