Mihail O. Is definitely knowledgeable in trouble shooting Plumbing issues and concerns. He is a constant professional!! Upbeat personality and always provides great customer service. Pedro (independent A/C Technician) explained how he and his crew were going to move the Air Handler to a separate location and how he was installing the new ductwork in order for the HVAC system to run efficiently throughout the house. I thought the AC Technician’s name was Irwin, in any event, whoever came out to examine the process has Pedro’s Cell Phone number in the event ABC has any questions and ABC Technician informed me that we still have our warranty for 10 years parts and labor from when ABC installed our HVAC system.

Julian was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient in servicing my air conditioning unit today, 04/09/2025. I highly recommend this young man.

I have to say that though I am happy with the service, the managing of it was not done well. It appears to me that the communication flow in the company is not good I called to check on job progress and got told I was not on your schedule and that I could sign up for an appointment. This job was already in progress waiting for parts. My observation is that a second opinion was needed.

Reynaldo took care of my annual a/c tune-up and then listened to a question I had about lack of even cooling throughout the house very carefully, checked the vents for the degree of cold air blowing out, measured a few ducts and said he would bring up to supervisor. Very polite and interested.

Mikhail the plumber was patient and kind. He did a wonderful toilet tank repair! Couldn't be happier! Also Juan the A/C tech did a great job checking the A/C unit on the roof, all was 100 percent! Thank you both!

They did send out a technician today when I called and he fixed my problem in no time he was wonderful I had a great experience and I know he is a five star technician I would have him again to my house in a heartbeat
