Simple Tank Solutions is a great company. I researched other companies and found that there were additional charges for just about everything. At Simple Tank it's a flat rate, no surprises. They took care of the permits, kept me informed, made an appointment for removal and did the work they said they would do. There was oil contamination in the soil and they took the time to show me the contamination and explain next steps. The work was professional and as neat as it could possibly be. The communication was also excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, the owner was onsite the day of the excavation, and he was responsive to calls and questions. Several months later, when a home inspector identified what he thought was a tank, Matthew, the owner, took my call and forwarded me photographs of the completed work so I was able to show there was no tank in the ground. I can strongly recommend Simple Tank without hesitation, they made a stressful situation manageable and treated the home and property with care.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Simple Tank and their crew during our recent tank investigation and removal process. Although it turned out there was no tank—just a buried metal structure—the team handled everything with incredible professionalism and care from start to finish. Great job! Simple Tank were true to their word and arrived on time and removed our 550 lb. underground oil tank. They handled the permits and arranged for the inspection. All-in-all it was a job well-done and we would highly recommend this company.

Steve We just used Simple Tank to remove and empty an above ground tank that was located in our basement. Everything from the first phone call, digital invoices, day of removal, inspection scheduling and final removal couldn't have been smoother. They were professional, on time and super detailed. The day of removal, the two technicians were on time within their work window, worked diligently until the job was complete both inside and outside. They walked us through after removal to show us what work was done. The job site upon completion was left clean and tidy and you would not have known that a tank was even there. Outside the cut up tank and pipes were also left very neat and organized under a tarp waiting for inspection. Without hesitation I would recommend Simple Tank for anyone who needs a tank removed.

Excellent Service! Matt and his worker / work partner, did excellent work , they were polite, neat and the work was done in a timely manner. I chose this company by the posted reviews. The reviews are correct. The company over all have good services, any questions or concerns by phone they were prompt with a response. Dont get fooled by the five star company that has only three to five reviews and have been around for a long time.
