I am a construction contractor myself. I have owned my family home for 20 years. When I needed a new sewer dug under 100 year old brick steps by a new driveway, And an oil tank removed, I called Matt at Simple Tank Services. Matt is honest, direct, and very easy to deal with. He is able to handle even the most difficult jobs, and this was difficult! I can trust that the oil and sewer cleanups will be done properly, no matter what. He is one of the few contractors I would trust to work alone unsupervised on my site. His prices are very reasonable, and his crew is polite and respectful. If you need an oil tank removed, Matt is the man to see in N NJ area. Highly recommended. Rita in the office is a diamond. Notice the plate compactor. The crew took turns running that down in a 8 foot deep trench, laying one foot lifts and compacting each layer. Other crews just *talk* about how they do proper compaction, with a 5 pound hand tamper in 10 minutes. We had a rope to lower down a Hundred pound machine for the entire three hour back fill!!!! This crew and Matt are exceptional, honestly. I rarely review other contractors.

I did hire SampleTank to remove an above ground in my basement. The communication process was clear and transparent throughout. The team (Steve and Bryan) was very careful, thorough, and professional. After the town completed their inspection, about a week and a half later the tank was removed from my property. We just used Simple Tank to remove and empty an above ground tank that was located in our basement. Everything from the first phone call, digital invoices, day of removal, inspection scheduling and final removal couldn't have been smoother. They were professional, on time and super detailed. The day of removal, the two technicians were on time within their work window, worked diligently until the job was complete both inside and outside. They walked us through after removal to show us what work was done. The job site upon completion was left clean and tidy and you would not have known that a tank was even there. Outside the cut up tank and pipes were also left very neat and organized under a tarp waiting for inspection. Without hesitation I would recommend Simple Tank for anyone who needs a tank removed.
