We feel very lucky to have worked with Matt Haines at Simple Tank. Our underground oil tank was buried between the sidewalk and a busy street, and a previous vendor had left it in terrible shape. From the original phone call to the final grading and sweeping of the brick. Very professional, took care of all permits, kept us updated, concise invoicing, pleasant interaction. Very skilled operator, working in a confined area. Great team: Mario and Daniel.. we pre measured to install the 275 Roth tank in the basement, our 1840 door width was limiting. Installed outside, seamlessly, tent top delivered that day to complete the job. Final inspection a breeze.My only concern is for those who choose a less reputable, ‘professional’ company compared to Simple Tank Svcs... Simple tank services got the job done in one day ! They acquired the permits removed the old tank from my basement and installed a new oil tank. We just used Simple Tank to remove and empty an above ground tank that was located in our basement. Everything from the first phone call, digital invoices, day of removal, inspection scheduling and final removal couldn't have been smoother. They were professional, on time and super detailed. The day of removal, the two technicians were on time within their work window, worked diligently until the job was complete both inside and outside. They walked us through after removal to show us what work was done. The job site upon completion was left clean and tidy and you would not have known that a tank was even there. Outside the cut up tank and pipes were also left very neat and organized under a tarp waiting for inspection. Without hesitation I would recommend Simple Tank for anyone who needs a tank removed.
