I replied to an advertisement for a furnace inspection. The company had great communication with me and the inspector,Alex Dominguez, was on time, clean and polite. He walked me through the entire process and left me with recommendations for future work.

Francisco and Emmanuel our Tech's were extremely knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile to make sure my AC unit was working efficiently. He gave us great advice on how to maintain the unit working properly. They ran tests on all electronics and came back with some recommendations based on the information they where about to gather with their inspection. I did not feel pressured to purchase those recommendations and will definitely hire them when I'm ready. I have been using them since 2019 when they redid my entire attic to a 2019 attic. I've always been happy with the service the technician have given me. I will recommend American AC Heat to friends and family.

Alex and Ruben came out to my house today to perform a tune-up and cleaning of my central a/c unit. They were amazing! Not only were they extremely kind and thorough, but they made sure to include me in everything they did. They explained everything step by step. They went out of their way to explain it in a way that a non-expert, like me, would understand. I would highly recommend their work. You won't be disappointed.

I love having Hugo come to my house and check to make sure everything is okay! Hes really friendly. He explains everything that hes doing. Hes very clean too. He treats me like a good friend. Whenever I need something serviced, Ill definitely ask for Hugo as my technician! Always a pleasure seeing & talking to Hugo! Ive also worked with Brent too. Hes really friendly too. Hes helped me get the financial aid necessary to get a new AC system & upgrading attic insulation. He made the process very easy and stress free. Its always a pleasure talking & seeing Brent as well. Both Hugo and Brent are the only service technicians that Id like to work with for any service needs!

I followed up on a flyer that this company sent out by looking up reviews online. They have a good reputation; after having them out to our house to check on our AC unit, I can see why. Henry (Hank) was very professional and honest about different scenarios for dealing with our aged system. He spent a long time with us discussing options, never pressuring at all. Our dogs even liked him ;). The company has a variety of ways to get your system working as soon as possible. In fact, at every step of the process, I was very pleased with how quickly the company was able to send a service tech out, provide clear options, and conduct the repairs. I'll be sticking with this company in the future.
