He was prompt, cleaned out all the lines very thoroughly, answered all my questions with expert knowledge, made me feel very comfortable while he was working in our home, and explained all the work he had completed in terms I could understand, including some future service we may want to pursue. Cody The plumbing service schedule window was 2:30pm - 3:30pm. Xavier called me at 3:30pm advising he was hung up on another job and that Jacob would be calling with his ETA. Jacob did just that and arrived at his ETA. We discussed the needed scope of work to install a new sink, faucet, dishwasher dispenser and reinstall the garbage disposal with the necessary supply and waste piping. Jacob showed me on his pad the scope provided him by the countertop supplier with a much abbreviated scope of work, just to reconnect the supply and waste water piping, and the much higher price of the scope I needed. He said this was a common problem with this supplier, and for my satisfaction he would do all the work and bill that supplier. I was skeptical and said, just do the quoted scope and I'll do the rest. Jacob insisted and 2 hours later the job was completely done to my satisfaction. Still skeptical I signed the completion paperwork, and 4 days later received confirmation we would not be billed for the much higher cost. During the service call, Jacob was competent, quick and cordial, sharing his most interesting work history. Xavier met my expectations for advising he was not coming, but Jacob exceeded my expectations by his pleasant demeanor, insistence I receive a completed job and following through on assuring I would not be billed. I'll use Dyess Plumbing again, requesting Jacob.

Ben It was a remarkably smooth process from bid to installation of a new Carrier HVAC system. Your team accomplished an expeditious resolution of issues related to our change of entire HVAC system. James Arroyo, Comfort Consultant, was ever present when needed and was able to identify and resolve our humidity issue. I could not believe the installation crew did a whole system swap out in about 6 hours, and it worked! The installation crew were personable, professional, and just plain great. Your contact people in the office were attentive and quickly followed up when needed. Well done to all and thankyou for making this transition stress free!
