When I met with John I was impressed by his courtesy and knowledge. He took time and explained everything to me and I was able to come to a decision about purchasing a new system. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My old unit had been having issues for about 2 years now. I no longer have that worry anymore. Thank you so much John and the installers.

They were very responsive to our request for service on Saturday when the ac went out. The service tech was very friendly and kept me informed and explained what he was doing and resolved the issue and got our ac back up and running. I would highly recommend them for any problems you might encounter.

Richard was very professional during the whole process from estimating to installing our water heater and new main waterline cut off valve to cleanup. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Could not be happier with Richard! The only issue I have is with Dyess Air’s scheduling. It’s about 85 minute drive to my house to their office. They told me Richard would be here between 2 and 4 o’clock to remove my water heater from my attic space and install a new one in my garage. I was his last job of the day and he arrived at 3:30PM. Needless to say, he could not finish my project that same day. He did install my new water heater in the garage and had it working before he left but had to return to wrap everything up. Again, Richard was exceptional.

I'm a new customer to Dyess and I'll definitely be using them in the future. I received details of who my tech would be before he arrived, including a photo and short bio! This is a really thoughtful touch. Ben was awesome. He fixed my issue quickly, explained what he'd done, and offered to give my hot water heater a quick inspection. 10/10 highly recommend.
