Always prompt, courteous and efficient. Have been a customer for 12 years. Due to a refrigerant leak had to call to have my new (2 years) AC serviced. All repairs under warranty, yay! 7/10/ 25 compressor starting to fail T echnician got it back on line. quick emergency service. all under warranty.
Jarod was professional and polite. He explained about the dye in AC line. Showed where the leak is coming from. Said I will get a call after the parts have arrived. Always great service!
Service Legends did a great job of delivering as promised. Their technicians are always professional.
Grant Kitchen was exceptional. He was polite, respectful, thorough and kind. He didnt rush through his work. He took the extra time to sit and visit with my 94 year Mother and he was very compassionate as she talked about how she had just lost her son ( my brother). He is a wonderful representative of Service Legends.
Grant My Friday had me working at home which was perfect to have the AC checked. Jared was on time, very friendly and explained the good parts of my system as well as pointing out possible concerns to think about. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. Very pleased with the service today from Drew at Service Legends! He was very polite, knowledgeable, friendly & answered all my questions. Drew made suggestions on other services they provided, but no pressure. Im having one of their plumbers coming to check out some other possible problems that might be avoided. They tell you exactly what is wrong and right about your systems. They also give you pointers on how to operate your systems more efficiently Cole P. was awesome in servicing my furnace for another year.

Staaci was extremely helpful as was the dispatcher. Very polite and Staaci was very frank about my options. It is very possible for me to install a new furnace with a free air conditioner... I think I saw it advertised. Anyway in the not to distant future I will have that work done. Thanks
Devin came to our home early, and was very gracious and nice. He did everything he needed to do on our furnace and did it fast and quickly. He spent probably a half hour answering all my questions about our zone system that they installed for us. Absolutely the best techs in the Metro!
