Our experience with Master Services was excellent--as usual.

Tim was courteous and professional in the install of a new a/c. We left him at the house alone as we had to leave, and we trust him fully. He is very knowledgeable and efficient.

I was very pleased with my services. Jared was very friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was working properly and he even helped me through the thermostat app on my phone! He arrived on time and completed the job in a clean and timely manner.

We had Master Services install our new furnace , I could not believe what great service this company has given us. Jack was over on time and went into great detail about the old furnace and the new furnace before we ordered. Jared and Tim installed the furnace the next day and were outstanding, updating us as they were putting the furnace in. Jared and Tim covered our floor with long rugs and in the basement as well. It didn't take them long to have the new furnace installed and they cleaned the whole area up before they left. Jack called back after the furnace was installed and said he was coming back in a few days to check on the furnace. What company does that ! This company made us feel like family. The service person was great, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job and solved the problem. Sent a picture and time he would be there. Called with full disclosure of problem needed to fix and cost approval. Master Service is the best, quick appointment and trustworthy!
