Jeremi, the Tech was honest, friendly, and professional. He identified the problem with my drain and fixed it. He was punctual, wore a face mask and put on shoe covers when in my home. I asked about becoming a club member and the benefits of that program and he left explained it as well as left me with information about it. I appreciated that.

We had an excellent experience with SWAN today. The person who took our call was very professional and provided us with a next day appt to have someone look at our AC unit which wasn't turning on. A few minutes later someone called back and said that a tech was available to come right away, and John was at our house within the hour. My husband knows a fair amount about HVAC and electrical and had tried everything he knew to try already, so we were very concerned that the immediate recommendation from any company was going to be an expensive replacement of our old system. We've been home owners for 27 years and never had to call an HVAC company, so we didn't know who to trust, and based on Yelp reviews on every Denver area company, we were pretty sure we couldn't trust anyone. The $22 trip charge SWAN offered was much better than anyone else I found, so we decided to take a chance on them. The technician was very professional, followed COVID protocols, and quickly diagnosed and fixed an AC wiring problem that also involved a mistake our old furnace had had since installation. He even found a separate problem with our furnace and quickly fixed it. My husband had worked in HVAC for a couple years a long time ago, so walked around and talked to John as he worked. He was very impressed with how knowledgeable John was and he learned quite a bit from him about our systems. At the end of the visit, we expected to be charged a fair amount for the extremely beneficial service provided to us, but our charge was just the original trip charge. John provided us with a great deal of information and professional servicing in a remarkably timely way. With all the stories we've heard of faulty system installations and dishonest companies, when it is time to replace our AC unit and furnace, we know for sure that we can trust SWAN technicians to be honest, knowledgeable and professional, and we will be calling them!
