The entire process from start to finish was excellent. All of the staff and teams were thorough, efficient, kind, pleasant, well informed and a pleasure to work! Working with Four Seasons Kanga Roof continues to be an excellent experience. Deanna 2 at the office, Jeremy who answers the phone, Da'Veon Heard and Brendan Sandles who came today in the cold weather to complete some additional work, were pleasant and efficient. Once this job is completed, I know I'll reach out in the future if there's ever a need.

Phase 1. Roofing (4 layers removed and replaced). Great workmanship. Phase 2. Replaced upper deck (flooring rotted). Had to remove 2 door walls and damaged wood. Way more than we expected but the crew was fantastic! Mark and his crew were unbelievable in the work they did. Phase 3. To start soon! Residing the house, Kanga Roof really stayed with us thru a difficult job. Thanks from Patsy and Ric. P. S. The house is 112 years old.

Harold was fantastic. He came over and got right up on the roof, into the attic, and began explaining what needed to be done. We struck my family as someone we can trust and someone who really wanted to help us take care of our problem. Very excited to move forward with Four Seasons Kanga Roof. Tom was awesome. He was really welcoming and happy to help. He frequently modified his scheduel to fit ours. I couldn't have asked for a better representative of Kanga Roof. Even when my wife and I had odd questions after business hours, he was ready and able to help. Tom was great around our 1 yo baby and he even put up with our overly intrusive dogs who constantly needed to be in his space. We will be reaching out with any further roofing needs.

I love the profile and picture you send of the guys that will be coming out before hand. As a mom with kids, I don’t like answering the door for strangers if I don’t have to, so this was very helpful in identifying who would be coming and what they look like ahead of time. Plus, I appreciate the through background abs drug test as well

Today, Dave came to repair my siding with Justin and another wonderful guy who’s name I can’t remember. They were all so courteous and helpful! Dave went above and beyond to do a perfect job lining up the siding and making sure it was secure and he had a wonderful positive attitude while doing so. He was a pleasure to work with and is a huge asset to your company. I’m so thankful that I was able to work with him today, along with Justin and the other very nice man. All are assets to Kanga Roof. Please give them a huge thank you. Their service was outstanding.
