Our technician was Ross. He was very professional and very honest with us regarding our furnace.

Ross was great and managed to get my furnace back up and running. He also provided some different suggestions on mitigation plans moving forward.

Jake was amazing! He was very friendly and understanding of our situation. He explained our options and was very helpful. He is very kind, professional, and genuine. Glad to have his help in our time of need.

RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning's pricing is something most high profile attorneys would be envious of. I had them out once before and the job they did was satisfactory, not very expensive. The second time I had them out (for a layup of a job) the quoted price was enough to make me RUN FOR THE DOOR OF MY OWN HOUSE! I was asking them to install a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal relay button. I was supplying all of the material and this was replacing existing equipment (no new lines to be ran, no cutting of countertops etc.) They quoted me ($700) for less than an hours worth of work! That was with my discount for being a member of their service plan. Again, this was for LABOR ONLY. I politely refused to proceed with the installation and declined any additional service. I have since cancelled my membership agreement and cannot in good conscience recommend Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone with the level of price escalation (polite wording).

Diagnosed the problem with my home furnace right away and replaced the old unit the same day. The were great with following up and let us know when they would be out which was exactly when stated. These guys are really good. We used them a couple years back to fix our fireplace and again this summer to replace our air conditioner. They are professional, responsive, did what they said they would do, and even went above and beyond when we discovered some last minute issues related to the AC installation. They went to Home Depot and picked up some materials needed to complete the install and still finished the job the same day. We were very impressed and pleased with them and have joined their club for regular checkups and maintenance of our home heating/cooling system. No need for us to look any further, these are our guys!

There are so many wonderful things about Rock Heating and Air. Probably the best is how responsive they are. Before a technician comes out to do work they send you a text with the name and photo. There is also a link where you can track your technicians location for accurate time estimates. Tom arrived today and wore both a mask and shoe covers. He explained what he would do from start to finish and made sure to answer any questions before leaving. Highly recommend Tom!
