Haley di an excellent job in reviewing and updating wiring for a new Bryant heat pump system. She also installed a newer door bell transformer since the old one made so much noise. She also She also influenced us to join the Rock Comfort Club and left us the brochure. Later Anthony came out with wire and assisted in completing the job. Kudos to both!

Steven was great! My only suggestion is about the notification of when Steven was to arrive. In the past, someone would usually contact me via text about specific times of the day that wouldn't work. Today, I didnt receive any notification until after Steven arrived. Normally this isn't a big deal, but both my husband and I had meetings this morning so it took longer for us to have time to chat with Steven. I feel bad that we delayed him due to our scheduling conflicts and hope we can avoid doing that to a technician in the future. Steven was patient and friendly with us despite a bit of scheduling conflict.

This is an edit to my original review as we had a new furnace issue that required another visit. Once again, we are extremely pleased. I called in the late morning and had a technician here in a couple of hours. Austin was great...prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to conduct the service and get us back up and running during the same visit. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the fast response time and quick repair time. Thank you AGAIN! Fantastic experience from start to finish! We are extremely pleased with the high quality of work that was done and will absolutely call Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air for anything we might need in the future. Our technician, Austin, was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and a great person. I especially appreciated the extra time he spent with us as he thoroughly explained the "how and why" of everything that needed to be repaired. Thank you!

First time using this company. I love the multi-service areas in one company. Wasn’t sure if my issue was hvac or plumbing. Started with hvac and identified it was plumbing and the switch over was seamless. Both technicians were great, kind and considerate. They investigated and helped resolve the issue.
