nov 1 2022 Diondre was so helpful and knowledgable! He was also very nice! He worked very hard and I feel much safer with my plumbing and fixtures. I know that I can call him to help with any problems in the future. I definitely recommend Diondre and Summers! I would like to say how happy I am with this service! Elijah Burgoon was recommended to me by my brother in-law for a tune up of my furnace and air conditioner. Elijah did an excellent job and I feel more comfortable knowing that my system will work more efficiently and that it will be maintained by a professional from now on. I feel safer. Not only is Elijah a proficient engineer, he is nice! He will take time to answer questions! I definitely recommend Summers and definitely recommend Elijah!

I highly recommend Summer's! I called on Saturday, the day after Christmas. Called my regular plumber, and couldn't even leave a message. Called Summer's, they returned my call quickly, and we're able to get here in a couple of hours to check my water heater. John was extremely professional and polite, he worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing.. He didn't even try to upsell me, which is very refreshing. They will be my new regular plumber! Update October 2022, I needed service on my water heater heater a few months ago. Again Summer's was responsive and Curtis had my hot water on a few hours later. I really appreciate this company. I highly recommend.

Summers was absolutely incredible! Elijah Burgoon came in and gave us a fair assessment of our geothermal heating and cooling unit. He was amazingly honest with the condition of the unit and parts that may be available for a unit manufactured in 1989! Elijah gave us a ton of options and was absolutely on point with the current market to build these types of units. Everything Elijah stated was what we knew from the independent home inspection we had done six weeks earlier when purchasing our home. We got a second opinion from a competitor. They did not followup with even a quote after coming out and inspecting the unit. We will just say the competing Brothers failed. Installation day finally came! It was exactly in the time frame originally quoted! Rob and Dave came in and got their bearings around the installation. I asked a few additional questions about noises that really I had no clue about. They quickly pointed it out, and gave me suggestions. Rob, Dave, and their small army spent the next 8 hours working hard both above and below ground. I work from home, and worked across the hall from them. They were incredibly sweet and considerate, even after I told them there was nothing to worry about! My puppies even slept in my office all day while they worked! Work was completed on time, Rob and Dave did an amazing job of showing me everything and making it make sense to me. They ran a ton of new lines to increase our water heater efficiency, and even corrected an issue I was not aware of. Our mystery noise went away, even though I know it wasnt their responsibility, but they also told me how to replace that old water heater timer that was making the noise. This team is amazing! Thank you so much Elijah, Rob, Dave, and the entire Summers team! We are so happy to work with you, and will not only call you back for our needs.... We will tell everyone to call you!

curtis and cableb was in my home today to install a new water heater. they were both professional and knowledgeable. curtis pointed out several of the waterlines that were in need of replacing which i had them do. could not ask for any better quality in service and would not hesitate in having them to do any other work if needed. they are both a credit to the company.

John Norris is an incredibly knowledgable and caring plumber. You can tell he wants what is best for his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm informed and my questions are answered before leaving. I would also like to add that Diondre Ricks was super helpful when performing our plumbing maintenance. He provided a detailed report and answered questions patiently. John and Diondre are both excellent!

New HVAC system installed approx 30 days prior by Summers. Furnace safety feature clicking unit off from manufacture side, without heating the home. Technician Kyle was sent to assess less than an hour after I reported the problem and had it fixed in NO TIME. Excellent customer service, response time and peace of mind going forward. Elijah came out to inspect my HVAC system and was very thorough in educating me about the new systems available to me. Rob and Dave did the installation just a few days later and were professional, friendly, and efficient. I'm very happy with the entire experience with Summers.

Summers came to my home today (called them this morning) to check my new furnace. (I bought a new furnace and air conditioning from Summers) Chris & Kyle came and in about 10 minutes or less after they arrived my furnace was working. These two young men were very polite and very professional. They fixed the problem but their main concern was that I was satisfied. They put the customers feelings first and I've never had a company do that. I would give them a 5 star rating. Thank you Summers for sending such great young men. Please call Summer's if you are having problems with your heating or air conditioning. I tried to leave a review through Google but, it would not accept it.

There must have been a second clog up stream in my drain, so it took two visits to fix problem. Water flowing great now. The Summers plumbers did a great job.

I picked the phone up to have a repair had good experience with the techs that were here, got the service plan I talked about upgrading my hvac at some point, they told me they can make a call to the tech to set a day where they come out and give my a free quote on hvac and walk me thru what best works, and a few days later Andrew hay showed up went over a great plan what works best for me, and he was great, very knowledgeable and very engaging helping me with the best route for me and this is why I'll be using them for hvac upgrade and all plumbing maintenance. Good job for the whole crew and the ones that answer all calls and all the way to the accounting that handle financial stuff last but not least to the owner good job running a good business and providing good service to customers thank you.

I was very pleased with service.

It was a Saturday when our basement drain backed up and overflowed. We called 3 other plumbers, but John Norris was the only one who responded. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. John was also very concerned about our problem and clearly wanted to help us. He spent 2 hours trying every trick in his book, even going into the street sewer drain! His skill and perseverance finally paid off and he got things flowing the right way again. The entire time he kept us informed and shared information about what he was doing and why. We need a new sewer pipe installed, and we scheduled John to do the work. He, and Summers, are our new plumbers. We will also use them if/when we need new heating and cooling installed and for regular maintenance. Do not hesitate to call Summers. They have excellent business practices, and employees! All companies could benefit from their business model!

The technician that came to my house today was named Maxwell. We live in a very wooded area and last night a tree had fallen down and knocked our power out, in order to get to us he had to pull a very large tree branch out of our driveway and the tree branch came from a tree 100 foot tall it was huge! That young man pulled that out of our driveway in order to do his job. Nothing lazy about this young man he was very professional very helpful and done an amazing job. I highly recommend him. It seems to be hard to find people who take pride in their work nowadays but we found one today. Thank you Maxwell
