Called for emergency service for leaking water heater. Technicians arrived promptly (same day luckily), were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the property. New water heater installed same day, technicians took the time to explain what work was done, and what (if anything) was needed to be done on our end. They also confirmed that we had no unanswered questions before leaving and the work area was clean and clear of any debris. Definitely recommend Notturno Home Service!

Rob was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very efficient and had inspection and water filter replacements done quickly. Found a stuck shutoff valve, gave me a quick quote, had parts in truck. I’m happy with the new valves. I’m glad to have a service contract with Notturno.

Sean came to our house early this morning to diagnose our heating/thermostat issue and it ended up requiring some parts and a lot of maintenance/repair work. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He also loves animals, especially dogs, which my dog loved!
